This day care is so unprofessional and disrespectful they have staff unfit to care for ur kids they make fun of children that are having problems they made fun of my 3 yo son for being scared to use the toilet and i heard her with my own ears and the owners accept that behavior and help them cover up being so unprofessional and nasty to the kids there at the mesa location be careful anyone who thinks about leaving ur child at this day care in mesa they treat the kids bad and talk shit about children i have proof the owner is ok with there staff being nasty to the children in gross ways that no child should go thru at a day care. This is the shittiest daycare lets get it shut down for the kids sake
Aquiles EsparzaJun 9, 2026I’ve been attending this daycare for about a year now. I hate to keep moving my children but I just can’t seem to find one good daycare. Some teaches are very nice here My daughter loved Mr Robert but unfortunately he’s retired now:( But my daughter does say the school agers teacher Ms Heather is really mean to her she’s always yelling at her picking and choosing she says she keeps yelling at me mommy alll day saying it’s my fault when it wasn’t I’m heart broken! My daughters a nice girl I hate when teachers pick on her especially cus she’s there all day while I’m at work !! My girls will no longer attend here. Thanks!!
Brianna HerreraJun 5, 2026I LOVE the staff here. They are friendly, professional and great with communication. They treat my kids like family, and my kids are always happy to see them. I know that when my boys are at Tiny Tots, they are safe, cared for and genuinely having fun. They use the ProCare app to help communicate and also for billing, which is very convenient. My youngest son (2) goes here 3 full days a week, and we do drop-in care for our other son (5). I get updates throughout the day, and sometimes pictures, which definitely make me happy :) The center is safe, clean and affordable, the food is nutritious (and yummy!), plus the hours are convenient and they have been flexible with me on days when my shifts change or school gets out early. The biggest thing I love is seeing the growth in my tot - at only 2 he is already making friends, counting, starting to recognize words, shapes, letters, numbers and colors. Also, his teachers will always answer any questions I have about his progress - it’s awesome! My oldest is on the autism spectrum and it was hard to find a place where I felt he was understood, accepted and supported. The teachers here are so kind and make it really fun for him. I’m so thankful we found this gem of a daycare/preschool! We LOVE Tiny Tots West!
heather nessmithMay 14, 2025The teacher just yell at the kids . I just wanted to yell at one teacher because she was so awful. She did see me but I saw her . I don't know if the Carmens work or not . If the do work obviously they aren't watching thier works or they don't care. Because lady goes up to the kids face n yell at them because they spilled their water.snatch the cup from them n says no more for you n that's on you . I'm thinking if they spilled some n she say no more does that mean like no more through out the day. I for got her name but it's something like Lora or whatever. She teacher of the one year old or two year old.
John LSep 4, 2023I have so much good things to say about this place. It’s such a blessing for my baby girl. This has been her first and hopefully only day care and she started going here at 15 months old. She is now 2 years and 3 months old and has blossomed so much. The teachers are great and know ALL the kids by name. Not just there students. My daughters face lights up the moment she sees the staff. She is my only baby and taking her to daycare was terrifying especially since no one in my family had never attended day care but I am definitely very comfortable with the care she is in when she is there. Tiny tots is the best. ♥️
Nia RamirezDec 14, 2021My kids attended here from about 2016-2018ish and they have trauma! The teachers would sit on kids they deemed to be acting up. Withhold certain foods from kids they thought didn’t deserve it. They didn’t call me when my daughter got busted in the chin & needed stitches until I got there & by then it was too late. My daughter told to lick her wound on her knee when it was bleeding instead of getting her a bandage. My kids didn’t want me upset so never said anything until older. I hope this place crashes & burns!
