I enrolled my daughter here for one week, and unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected. On paper, the daily reports looked wonderful and described a variety of activities and care throughout the day. One of the main reasons we chose this daycare was the promise of regular updates, including diaper changes, meals, and other daily care. For the first three days, we did not have access to the live camera, so we trusted that the information being documented was accurate. Once we gained access, my husband began watching throughout the day and noticed several inconsistencies between what was happening in the classroom and what was being reported. The biggest concern for me was the documentation of diaper changes. On one particular day, I sent my daughter wearing a Kroger-brand pull-up and packed Huggies diapers for her changes. The daily report stated that she had been changed three times, yet she came home wearing the exact same Kroger pull-up she arrived in. While this may seem like a small detail, it raised serious concerns about the accuracy of the information being documented and the level of care being provided. As someone who has both worked in childcare and entrusted this center with my own child, honesty and transparency are extremely important to me. Unfortunately, because of these inconsistencies, I no longer felt confident that the care being reported reflected what was actually taking place. This was simply our experience, but I hope it helps other parents make an informed decision.
Leslie VelasquezJun 26, 2026The best nurturing childcare facility! I feel very fortunate to find this place and be able to send our kids to WMG. Literally one of the very few places that offers live camera viewing to the parents for the peace of mind throughout the day, and the teachers there are the most caring, sweet and enthusiastic caregivers!!! The kids are the ones to honestly tell about the place, and both of my kids genuinely loves spending time there (took very short time to be happy to meet the teachers at mornings with arms reaching out to be hugged and wanting to go to school even on weekends, etc.). I can't emphasize enough about this place and recommend to all the parents!
Leslie HMay 22, 2026Everyone, from the teachers to the administrators, are absolutely wonderful. The pictures and cameras keep me tuned in and more connected to my child throughout the day. It’s hard to leave my son, but it becomes a lot easier when I can see the benefits of daycare and when he’s excited to see his teachers every morning.
DJ WitterMay 13, 2026The teachers are amazing and they care about my children. The classrooms and facilities are clean. The staff is extremely kind. I feel comfortable and confident dropping my children off, and my kids are happy when I picked them up.
Baillie FugettMay 7, 2026We started at WMG at the Val Vista location in November 2022 with my first born. As a new mom I was so worried to leave my girl. Ms Melissa in cuddle bug room was incredible. They got my contact napper down for a nap without crying. Every teacher, Carly, Jen, Joselyn, Alex, were all amazing at the Riggs location. We the transferred to the Power location in 2023 and felt so welcome. Everything was so well planned down to the tiny bathrooms and large parking spots for unloading multiple kids next to other cars. We had some small issues along the way, and we were always met with compassion, understanding and kindness. I always felt they treated us like family and not just a customer. They also bent over backwards and were so accommodating when we needed it. We even had one director help us realize how smart our oldest was and encouraged us to test her early for kinder. They could have just kept our money but they truly cared about our girls and wanted the best for them. Their standards for teachers are so high and the few times we met a new one we did not feel were warm or kind enough, they were quickly gone. We saw a few directors and front desk staff but Ms Amanda is amazing. The area manger (I think that’s her title) Laryssa is amazing. Teachers in Bumble Bee 2, Ms Riley and Ms Marina and Ms Mia in Grasshoppers were amazing. We only recently left as we moved 30 minutes away. I miss WMG so much. They made my girl’s last day so sentimental and special. And I can vouch for 2 of the 3 locations, they are amazing!!!
Andrea CleverJan 12, 2026Our daughter has been at this facility for a month now (started at 6 months old). It has been such an amazing experience. Courtney and Aries in the infant room are absolutely wonderful. My daughter recognizes them and gets excited when I drop her off. We regularly get photos from them and communication if she needs something. We came from a different daycare and I'm so glad we switched and found this facility.
