Our daughter started at ABC Magic Moments frightened. She had come from another daycare where things had not gone well, and for the first weeks she cried at the door and barely spoke. The teachers here never rushed her and encouraged her by having other kids with similar age guiding her through. They were patient with her day after day until she decided, on her own time, that this was a safe place. By the end she was walking in on her own, talking constantly, and coming home every evening with new words that surprised us. What also stood out was how much they documented her time here. On her last week we received a detailed development report, a portfolio of photographs, and a fifteen-minute video of her days at school. We have watched that video more times than we can count. It showed us a part of our daughter's life we would never otherwise have seen — and it showed us how genuinely she was cared for. We are leaving only because our family's plans are taking us elsewhere. If you are looking for a place where your child will be treated with patience and real attention, this is it.
