I normally do not leave reviews, but I feel other parents deserve to know our experience. My child attended this preschool and was bitten 5 separate times while in their care. What was most concerning was not only the repeated incidents, but the lack of support, communication, and accountability from both the teachers and the principal. I understand toddlers and young children can have behavioral challenges, but as a parent, I expected proactive supervision, a clear plan to keep my child safe, and empathy from the staff. Instead, I felt dismissed and unsupported throughout the situation. A preschool should provide a safe and caring environment for children, and unfortunately that was not our experience. I hope the school takes concerns like this more seriously moving forward.
