I have been very satisfied with the Montessori education our child has received at Apple Tree Montessori. The teachers do a good job encouraging the children to learn independently, make choices, and complete activities at their own pace. Since starting, I have noticed a big improvement in our child’s concentration, confidence, and ability to complete everyday tasks without help. I love that the classroom activities are hands-on and purposeful rather than just worksheets or free play. My child would come home excited to talk about numbers, letters, practical-life activities, and new things learned at school. The teachers are patient,, and really understand how to guide each child based on their individual development. Definitely one of the better pre schools in Sunnyvale.
Evlyn GAug 2, 2026Appletree Montessori was my favorite pre school I enrolled my son in. The teachers were genuinely caring, and made my child feel comfortable. My son would be waiting to go to school every morning, which saved me many hours in the morning. I have put my child in many other preschools and Montessori schools, however none of them gave my son the attention and support that Appletree did. My son definitely learned and grew a lot over the couple years he was enrolled. For families looking for a Sunnyvale preschool, Montessori program, or a caring preschool for 2, 3, or 4 year olds, Apple Tree Montessori is definitely my pick. I also want to thank all the teachers for all their help throughout the years.
David BLAINEJul 7, 2026Our son was at appletree montesorri for a year. We explored a lot of day cares, big and small, but what stood out the most for us is the demeanor of kids when we did the tour. They were genuinely happy, curious and gave good vibes. On the contrary, some of the larger day cares we visited, kids were disengaged and teachers looked exhausted. We had some reservations about appletree’s location, but after speaking with other parents and our experience during the tour, we decided to overlook those factors. In retrospect, we made the right decision as we saw our son bloom during his year there. His teachers were ms Wei and ms Shweta, who were genuinely caring.
