What California does not publish here
The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

Such a gem of a school! Nurturing and caring caregivers and gorgeous outdoor space for the kids to enjoy! We’ve been so lucky to have found this place!
Maria MirabellaJul 25, 2026Absolutely wonderful preschool and staff! Loving, nurturing, clean, and safe. Both of my boys thrived there. We recommended it to four close friends, and they all love it too.
Katherine ValenzuelaJul 23, 2026We love Bright Days Preschool! Warm and loving teachers, an incredible outdoor space tucked away from traffic, and lots of time outside for the kids. My daughter loves all the cooking activities. Can’t ask for much more in a preschool. My 3yo loves going to school each day and she tells us how loved she is at school.
Hannah EJul 22, 2026We have absolutely loved Bright Days since the day we started! The teachers are so kind, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. It has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and our kids have always been excited to go. One of the things we appreciate most is the flexibility. We love that we can choose between the half-day and extended-day program depending on what works best for our family. The play-based approach, the beautiful outdoor space, and the nurturing environment make it such a special place. We are incredibly grateful for everyone at Bright Days and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any family looking for a loving, play-based preschool.
Cosima WrightJul 22, 2026My son likes this here very much, gorgeous playground and nice teachers, we are glad that we found this school!
KaoQMay 18, 2024Wonderful preschool with amazing teachers and staff. Both my daughters have attended here and I wouldn't want to send them anywhere else.

Questions parents ask about BRIGHT DAYS PRE-SCHOOL
Is BRIGHT DAYS PRE-SCHOOL a licensed child care provider in California?
- Yes. BRIGHT DAYS PRE-SCHOOL holds California licence 434400042, currently listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, first issued on July 19, 1994. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.
What kind of child care licence does BRIGHT DAYS PRE-SCHOOL hold?
- California licenses BRIGHT DAYS PRE-SCHOOL as a day care center, a category that covers preschool-age children in a centre-based programme. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.
How many children can BRIGHT DAYS PRE-SCHOOL care for?
- BRIGHT DAYS PRE-SCHOOL is licensed for up to 59 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.
How often has California inspected BRIGHT DAYS PRE-SCHOOL?
- California records 2 inspection visits to BRIGHT DAYS PRE-SCHOOL, the most recent on October 17, 2025 and the earliest on record August 18, 2022. The state publishes the dates of these visits but not what they found, so this count reflects licensing activity, not results. Read the findings themselves in California's own facility search.
Has California visited BRIGHT DAYS PRE-SCHOOL in response to a complaint?
- California records no complaint-driven visits to BRIGHT DAYS PRE-SCHOOL. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.
Who holds the licence for BRIGHT DAYS PRE-SCHOOL?
- The licence is held by CAMPBELL UNITED METHODIST CHURCH. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Santa Clara County.
