  I have my baby enrolled in this facility for about a year already. We started when she was only 3 months old. I was so worried leaving my baby with complete strangers for 8+ hours but all her teachers and the director made me feel comfortable from day one. With all the pictures and all the daily information that i was receiving from the director made that part very comfortable in very short time. We are very happy with BFM and excited to start with our second baby on the way!

  Finding the right daycare for your child is never easy, but looking back, choosing this one was one of the best decisions I made for my daughter. She started here when she was just a few months old, and from day one, I felt a sense of warmth, care, and genuine dedication from the staff. They didn’t just “watch” the children they truly nurtured them, creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where each child feels seen and valued. Over the years, I’ve watched my daughter grow not only academically, but emotionally and socially. The Director has been incredibly attentive and supportive, always communicating openly and making me feel confident that my child was in the best hands. It’s clear they put their hearts into what they do. Now, as she prepares to graduate next month, it’s a bittersweet moment. This daycare has been such an important part of her early years, helping shape her into the confident, happy, and curious child she is today. I’m beyond grateful for the love and care they’ve given her, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a place that truly feels like a second home.

  The word “Montessori” should not be used in this business name because this facility does not follow Montessori standards. I enrolled my 19-month-old son and lasted only one month. The reason I pulled him out immediately was because I personally witnessed a teacher (Ms Hermine) hit the back of another child’s head while feeding him snacks. That alone was enough for me to terminate my son’s enrollment that same day. In addition, there were six children in the class with only one teacher. I was originally told the ratio would be one teacher for every four children, so this was already concerning. When I asked to review the camera footage, I was told that only a technician who lives in Palm Springs could access and rewind it. That explanation made no sense and felt extremely dishonest. It is hard to believe that a director or owner would not have access to their own cameras. And it may take weeks to get him to come. What was even more upsetting was the response I received when I reported what I saw. When I told Suzie about the incident, her first reaction was, “Oh my God, was it my nephew?” The entire conversation that followed was incredibly disappointing and lacked the seriousness and accountability you would expect in a situation like this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would never trust them with my child again, and I strongly advise other parents to stay away.
