2-year update: The back office hasn't improved, and the educators are now subpar. Half of them on their phone and can't be bothered to respond when greeting them at pickup. If not for the long waiting list at alternative options, we would have stopped dealing with them a while ago Many years of experience with the center, the educators are great but the back office is a shambles and somehow still manages to get worse with time. They can’t keep track of payments, no automated billing is possible, balance is provided the 1st of each month, late fees are applied if not payed the same day. Lol
