My daughter attended the primary classroom for 2 years. We were on a waitlist for a few months prior to her being enrolled in the fall and we are so glad we waited! Teacher Tami and all of her staff will always hold such a near and dear place in our hearts. All of the staff’s excitement and enthusiasm towards learning is incredible. I was constantly made to feel like my daughter was their pleasure to teach and as a full time working parent, that was extremely important to me. My daughter learned so much and always came home talking about the curriculum they would learn at group time. When she initially started, she was on the fence with potty training and all the staff helped me get my daughter fully potty trained in a matter of weeks. Prior to The Children’s Academy,we attended a private in home daycare where I had a personal relationship with her daycare provider and this turned out to feel no different. None of my questions or concerns ever came across as a bother. I always felt heard,seen and like my child was well loved. Thank you Children’s Academy for such a wonderful chapter of education,play and learning!

Levi JosewskiJul 29, 2025I had a scheduled appointment with Tamera she messaged me 10-15 minutes before the time we were supposed to meet to view the Montessori. We were already outside waiting, she texted me saying she had an emergency that came up. She stated that she messaged me the night before but the message wouldn’t go through. Which we both have iPhones so I doubt that. I think a simple phone call would have been appropriate/appreciated. It was over before it even begun. I need a reliable place to take my child.

Stephanie McCallMar 10, 2022This preschool does not follow the requirements or steps to be Montessori. It’s just a preschool where kids have the same experience of being at any normal preschool. We pulled our daughter out within a month after questioning the difference of just babysitting and following up with what they said they would be doing. The final step was when we went to pick up our daughter and she was running basically unsupervised with the other kids outside having a runny nose, dirt all over her, and a shirt that was clearly snotty and dirty. Meanwhile the person who was watching the children was in the corner sitting down on their cell phone not paying attention to anything. Beware this preschool is just a standard preschool that is selling you something they’re not doing.
