  We love CEC! Both of our daughters have attended, and our youngest is currently thriving in the 3-year-old class. The balance of academics and character building is perfect; our eldest was incredibly well-prepared for kindergarten thanks to the 4-year-old class/ teacher. Beyond the curriculum, the teachers are true partners in parenting—teaching respect, kindness and positive behaviors, alongside daily lessons. The administrators and teachers have also created a community that feels like an extension of family. We always feel a sense of belonging when we walk into the doors and are grateful for it! Highly recommend.

  We’ve had such a great experience with Children Enrichment Center. All three of our daughters have attended, and our youngest is still there, which really says it all. CEC has been an amazing place for our kids to grow and learn, especially in those early years. We’ve seen so much progress in their confidence, social skills, and early education, and it’s been really reassuring as parents to watch that happen. As for the teachers! The teachers are truly wonderful. They’re kind, patient, and genuinely care about all the kids. You can tell they love what they do, and that makes a huge difference every day. We’ve always felt comfortable and confident leaving our children in their presence, knowing they’re safe, supported, and encouraged to learn. Truly we’re so thankful for the positive impact Children Enrichment Center has had on our family and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for childcare.

  Our son started at CEC in Aptos when he was just 3.5 years old, shortly after COVID, during a time when so many families were still finding their footing again. From the very beginning, we were welcomed by the kindest, sweetest, and most patient educators. The staff didn’t just care for our child — they truly knew him, supported him, and celebrated him. CEC always made it a point to celebrate holidays and birthdays, creating joy, tradition, and a true sense of community for the children. Those moments mattered so much, especially coming out of such an uncertain time, and they made CEC feel like a second home for our family. Because he attended CEC, he entered kindergarten — and later first grade — academically confident and prepared. His reading, writing, and math skills were already ahead of many of his peers, and just as importantly, he knew how to behave in a classroom, follow routines, and transition smoothly into a full-day school environment. We will always be grateful for the strong foundation CEC gave our son — academically, socially, and emotionally. If you are looking for a place where children are genuinely loved, celebrated, and prepared for what comes next, CEC is truly special.

  Both of our boys have gone to CEC. I cannot say enough what an amazing place it has been. The staff, and the teachers are incredible. It is hard to be away from the kids all day, but knowing they have been at safe and loving environment has helped. It feels like family to us ❤️❤️

  We’ve had such a great experience at the Children’s Enrichment Center (CEC). Our son has been here for the past three years, from ages 2–5 (preschool through TK), and has grown so much during that time. The team is wonderful and has supported him through every stage, from learning how to be part of a little community, to potty training, to building the skills and confidence he’ll need for kinder. He’s made amazing friendships along the way and genuinely loves being there! One of the best parts is seeing how happy he is at school. He walks in with a big smile at drop-off and leaves just as happy at pickup. We couldn’t be more grateful for CEC and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a caring, supportive preschool.

  I have nothing but good things to say about this school. Both of my children went here and it was amazing for both of them the entire time. The building and classrooms are super clean, well organized, and really safe (locked doors, electronic sign in, alert staff, ect). The teachers are all incredibly nice, passionate about teaching, and always made my kids feel safe and very loved. The directors are all dedicated and very involved in everything that is going on. They know every family by name and keep everything running perfectly. Oh, and on top of all of that, my kids learned SO much! My oldest was extremely prepared for Kindergarten and it made her transition to a "bigger" school really easy. I could go on and on about all of the good things about this school, its a true gem in the preschool world!
