  • I have contacted 2 of there locations (this one more than the other since it's closer to me) about services for children and although the receptionist always answers they dont handle any appointments and redirect you to the person in charge of that department which is where the communication is lost because we never reach the person on the other end. I have left my number several times with no response. Even leaving messages with the receptionist is futile. I have been waiting for a response for months now with no luck. Very disappointing.

  • Horrible experience in just trying to get simple information about how to apply. Transferred 5 times, talked to 4 different people who gave conflicting information and hung up on 2x. Beware!
