I have had a wonderful experience with Copper Academy! Both of my children went to preschool here, and they’ve always been happy to attend and have looked forward to their school day. The staff is wonderful, and the facility is well-run (clean, organized, and clear communications). Both of my children were well-prepared for TK. Highly recommend.
Marissa SpolsdoffJun 23, 2026I was next door today with my son getting his hair cut, when myself and the staff heard a woman violently screaming at a child through the wall. The child sounded terrified. We all stopped and stared at each other in shock of what we just heard. I asked what was next door and they said a pre school. I immediately went to the preschool to confront the staff. When I walked in there was no one in the front so I looked through the glass door where several very scared toddlers were all sitting with two women standing in front of them. I knocked on the glass, and a blond woman came and opened the door. I then asked if everything was okay. She said “yes everything is fine.” I said, “well it doesn’t sound fine as we can hear a woman violently screaming at a child through the walls.” She then said as she was motioning to the back of the facility (which is where the screaming had come from), “oh yeah we have a girl in here who was misbehaving.” I told her “I don’t care what the little girl was doing, a grown up has no right screaming at a child like that, and if she does she shouldn’t be allowed to work with children.” The woman then said, “yeah but she was kicking and becoming violent.” I then said, “if you cannot properly defuse the situation then call the parents. You have no right terrifying a child like that.” I left and called the police who investigated. I hope every parent reads this review and looks into what happened on 4/14/2026.

The teachers are incredibly kind and nurturing, always creating a warm and welcoming environment for the children. The activities are not only fun but also highly stimulating. Our son has thrived here, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and education he’s received. Highly recommend Copper Academy Preschool to any parent looking for a fantastic start to their child’s education journey!
