What California does not publish here

The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

  • My son has been going to this daycare since he was a baby. In the baby room, Ms. E is loving, gentle and provides a safe and nurturing environment for the babies. We've been going to this daycare for the last 4 years and are very grateful to all the caregivers! The school provides enriching daily activities that helped our toddler foster his curiosity, creativity and develop social skills. He loves coming to school every day, learning and building friendships! He really enjoys outdoor activities - riding bikes, practicing yoga with Ms. I and Mr. M, and even planting a garden! We love the food program! It provides delicious hot lunches and snacks, and it helped our toddler progress from a picky eater to enjoying a variety of food that Ms. B prepares daily - turkey tacos are my son's favorite! Thank you Ms. I, Ms. R, Mr. M, Ms. B, Ms. C, Ms. J, Ms. S, Ms. Z! We are deeply grateful for the loving care you provided to us over the years!

  • My daughter has been going here for two years now. And she is very happy. We will leave our daughter here because we know that she is in the best care in the area. Moving here two years ago and choosing your school, we know that it was the best choice we could have made. I will also add that my daughter has developed her English very much. Because we are from Europe and less than two years ago she did not know English. Thank you to all Nela's carers. You are the best. I recommend it to everyone.

  • This after school program has enriched my children’s education in countless ways. My son knows more about history than I do at age 9. He fell in love with clay wheel, and is at the top of his class at school. My daughter was here for preschool and it was a second family. She loved all her teachers, activities and friends’

  • My child has been going to this daycare since they were 6 weeks old. On our first visit, the teacher for the infant room, Ms. E, was on the ground with the babies and we knew right away our child would be well cared for. We've been going for 2 years now and our new baby has started as well. They have enriching activities for the toddlers (my child loves Ms. B the teacher for their class/age group), and a good food program that my child amazingly eats. We're so thankful we've found essentially a second home our kids happily spend their days at while we work full time.

  • My girls go to Creative Minds for after school care and they love it. Mr. Mike and Miss Mady are amazing with the kids.

  • Our daughter’s cousins go to this daycare and we are forever grateful to have our daughter attending this wonderful daycare with her cousins. I can’t say enough good things about it, from the sweet and caring staff and teachers to the cleanliness of the school, to the large school yard with plenty of wonderful toys. They create fun activities for the children and I have seen so much growth in my daughter’s development since starting. She gets SO excited every morning to go to daycare and see her friends. There’s no one I would trust more with her. Also- they have a very secure system to get in the front which is very relieving.

Questions parents ask about CREATIVE MINDS CHILDREN'S HOUSE

Is CREATIVE MINDS CHILDREN'S HOUSE a licensed child care provider in California?

Yes. CREATIVE MINDS CHILDREN'S HOUSE holds California licence 304371674, currently listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, first issued on July 24, 2024. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.

What kind of child care licence does CREATIVE MINDS CHILDREN'S HOUSE hold?

California licenses CREATIVE MINDS CHILDREN'S HOUSE as a single licensed child care center, a category that covers infant, preschool and school-age care under a single licence. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.

How many children can CREATIVE MINDS CHILDREN'S HOUSE care for?

CREATIVE MINDS CHILDREN'S HOUSE is licensed for up to 156 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.

How often has California inspected CREATIVE MINDS CHILDREN'S HOUSE?

California records 2 inspection visits to CREATIVE MINDS CHILDREN'S HOUSE, the most recent on April 2, 2026 and the earliest on record June 18, 2025. The state publishes the dates of these visits but not what they found, so this count reflects licensing activity, not results. Read the findings themselves in California's own facility search.

Has California visited CREATIVE MINDS CHILDREN'S HOUSE in response to a complaint?

California records no complaint-driven visits to CREATIVE MINDS CHILDREN'S HOUSE. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.

Who holds the licence for CREATIVE MINDS CHILDREN'S HOUSE?

The licence is held by CREATIVE MINDS IRVINE. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Orange County.
