What California does not publish here
The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

Your only allowed to use shelter and housing once. Helped my family with a place, however it wasn't permanent. Got evicted didn't know how to get help. Homeless with my family since for five years now. I'm still needing help, called to see if I can get in again. Since there is a new director. However, I'mdisabled and applying for disability, And can't work or go back to school. They said it was required in order to stay there. They Should work with families who can't work or go back to school .my family deserves a place of our own too. Other then these few problems. It's a good idea. I would recommend since it's better then all the homeless shelters I've been too.xsn anyone help a family with no income and applying for disability? I could use help. 😰

James IngleOct 21, 2025This place is amazing. They are caring and very resourceful. I recommend them for anyone who wants to really get on their feet but you must be willing and ready to do so. This place is a blessing ❤️
Tasha and jlilJun 25, 2025Learning through the news that neighbors surrounding this church organization feel it would be detrimental to their community to have actual homes set up for families experiencing homelessness is heart breaking. Going from church to church is not conducive to the overall mental and physical health of these families but it is currently the best that can be done. The crazy thing is that drugs and alcohol are not allowed and drug testing is done before assistance can be given, weeding out the ones that our not yet ready to be successful in a home of their own. Plus no one is asking anyone in this area to pay for any of these homes and or help in anyway. It cost far more later on down the line for foster care, prisons and public services that the public actually will pay for if the family gets seperated when it was just guidance and a roof that was needed. Empathy people:)

Questions parents ask about FAMILY PROMISE CDC
Is FAMILY PROMISE CDC a licensed child care provider in California?
- Yes. FAMILY PROMISE CDC holds California licence 503810302, currently listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, first issued on August 27, 2025. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.
What kind of child care licence does FAMILY PROMISE CDC hold?
- California licenses FAMILY PROMISE CDC as a single licensed child care center, a category that covers infant, preschool and school-age care under a single licence. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.
How many children can FAMILY PROMISE CDC care for?
- FAMILY PROMISE CDC is licensed for up to 14 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.
Has California visited FAMILY PROMISE CDC in response to a complaint?
- California records no complaint-driven visits to FAMILY PROMISE CDC. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.
Who holds the licence for FAMILY PROMISE CDC?
- The licence is held by STANISLAUS COE CHILD & FAMILY SERVICE. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Stanislaus County.
