It took a couple years on their wait list to get in. We were so excited when we finally got the call. Our high energy 4 year old was kicked out after 2 months. If they would have communicated with us that our son was causing an issue we maybe could have done something, but there was no communication, despite our best efforts. We went to the “parent night” and tried to communicate with his teachers and the administrator on a regular basis when we picked him up. They said nothing, like everything was fine. Then we were blind-sighted when they abruptly kicked him out of their program. We will always wonder why they never communicated with us prior to this. Then to add insult to injury they continued to send us an outstanding bill that was incorrectly calculated for days he never even attended from the start. We had all the receipts to prove his tab was paid in full, thankfully. We had told Mrs Karen about the accounting error on the first week of school, and were assured that she “would correct it in their system” which did not happen, ever. Overall our experience was heartbreaking. This place definitely did not live up to its reputation.
