My child began attending Footprints Preschool in February 2023 under Ms. Mary Margaret's leadership. He was among the first children to enroll following the school's reopening after COVID-19. In November 2023, my son suffered a broken finger while at preschool. Despite having a witness to the incident, it was never properly documented or recorded. When I inquired about what had happened, Ms. Mary Margaret was unable to provide a clear explanation. He had minor ouch reports other times after this incident . Last time was in November 2024. I questioned Ms. Mary about it and asked her to provide copies of the accident reports from all my son's accidents . Her response to my concerns was defensive, and she ultimately blocked my number instead of addressing the situation. Due to my concerns about the lack of transparency and accountability, I made the decision to withdraw my son from the preschool, as I no longer felt confident in its safety. I have attempted to arrange a meeting with both Ms. Mary Margaret and Pastor Dave via email and phone, but my requests have gone unanswered. I strongly encourage parents to thoroughly research this preschool before enrolling their children, as my experience has led me to question the safety and communication practices at this facility.
