FNS has been a great preschool for our two kids. It emphasizes social and emotional development, in addition to preparing for success in kindergarten, and our kids have made great friends here. The teachers are caring, and foster a supportive environment with Montessori-like opportunities for kids to explore their interests. The religion component is there and incorporated into things like kindness/character development (gifts of the spirit) but would be by no means overwhelming for a family that was not particularly religious. Extra great if you live in the Caleb Greenwood area as a good number of kids end up going to school there after.

This preschool is so good. Through the whole school year, my child was still excited to go and thriving. They make learning super fun with special theme days and creative activities. There seems to be an appropriate balance of guidance and free play. The staff really care and the class size is small. I always felt that my kid was being "seen" and cared for as an individual. As a parent you can be involved to whatever level you want. But I work full time and was never made to feel bad or out of the loop since I wasn't available as much. At the beginning of the year the teacher did home visits so the kids would have a short one-on-one time to meet the teacher. Since there are 2 and 3 day options it was affordable for us. A previous preschool was good as well but the amount of value we received here was way above.

This is an exceptional program. Both of my children attended FNS through TK and were more than prepared for Kindergarten in academic, social, and emotional development. And the best part is they loved every day of school

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this preschool! From the very beginning, the teachers and staff have created such a warm, nurturing, and welcoming environment. It’s clear that they genuinely care about each child’s growth, both academically and emotionally. Our son has blossomed since starting here. He’s more confident, curious, and excited to learn every day. The curriculum is engaging and age-appropriate, with the perfect balance of structured learning and creative play. We especially appreciate how the teachers encourage kindness, sharing, and independence. Communication with parents has also been wonderful. We always feel informed and involved in our child’s development. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he is in a safe, supportive, and joyful environment each day. We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact this preschool has had on our son and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a caring and high-quality early learning experience

Our family has had the most wonderful experience at Fremont Nursery School. Our son attended for two years, and now our daughter is thriving there as well. The teachers are wonderful. They create unique lesson plans and are truly invested in each child’s growth. We’ve been amazed at how much our kids have learned and how excited they are to go to school every day. This preschool has become such a special place for us. We are so grateful for the positive impact it has had on both of our kids and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

I sent all three of my children to Fremont Nursery School and this place is pure magic. The staff and administration were helpful and supportive. Between my three kids, we had a least one year in each of the classroom (including TK) and I was impressed with the care and thought and silliness the teachers but into all the activities. They had a pretend Starbucks cafe, acted out Three Billy Goats Gruff, put on an art show, and hosted so many great family functions. I really can't say enough good things about this preschool.
