My son started at Guidepost just after he turned two and it’s been the most wonderful first school experience. The school leadership and teachers are incredible educators but more importantly amazing people. They’ve created a really special community and embraced my son and his needs as he begins his education and learns how to socialize with others. I recommend Guidepost to other parents who are looking for a top notch Montessori education and loving environment for their children.

Our daughter who is really shy has grown and learned so much since we joined. Every time I see the kids in the classroom they all look happy, calm and focused. It is a warm and small community, where kids thrive. We always feel supported by all the staff at Guidepost.

From the Head of School to the staff and the students, Guidepost is a genuinely enjoyable place to drop-off and pick-up our son every day. The environment is quietly cheerful, allowing space for students to explore their work and curiosity without distractions. The teachers/guides for the Children's House are the perfect balance of compassionate and firm with the kids, holding age-appropriate expectations for the children while inspiring them to learn. Our son is three—which comes with its hurdles—and the Guides have been extremely communicative with us in understanding our values and navigating the best path forward. With their solutions and careful guidance, they've helped nurture our son's best self. He had attended another local Montessori school the previous year, where this wasn't the case, and it led to much more physical expression of his negative feelings at school and home. There's careful consideration in all they do, from the attentiveness to students, the families, the school environment, and beyond! Our family couldn't be happier with Guidepost.
