What California does not publish here

The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

  • Since starting preschool at Happy Hearts, our daughter’s language, fine motor, and social skills have blossomed! The kids do fun and educational activities daily. The teachers are kind, caring, and loving with all the kids, there are days when our daughter refuses to leave! We are so happy with this program.

  • We love Happy Hearts! Teachers are all incredible and they truly love and care about the kiddos. My daughter is always excited to attend, and we always are greeted with a smiling face when we pick her up. She has also learned so much in the time she has been there, and we are grateful to HHLC for getting her ready for TK and Kinder

  • My daughter has been attending HHLC since she turned 3. She will be going to TK this fall and we plan on sending our almost 2 year old there as well! She has loved every moment of her time. She has learned so much, and has been loved dearly by all of the teachers. They are all astounding and you can guarantee that your kiddos will be taken care of by the best of the best!

  • As my daughters first childcare experience, happy hearts learning center has been a blessing for my daughter. My daughter has very severe allergies and the staff has been so careful and accommodating to her. I have been very hesitant to enroll her anywhere because I worry for her safety. The teachers are all so amazing, caring and talented in providing the very best experience. My daughter loves coming every day! We are very happy and thankful!

  • Happy Hearts is amazing! I can't recommend Happy Hearts highly enough! The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. My2yr. son transition fairly quickly from Home to his first daycare/babysitter ever. In the morning I tell him he is going with his friends at happy hearts and gets excited and ready for the day with a smile in his face. I feel completely confident leaving my child in the care of Happy hearts. They really take the time to get to know each child and their unique needs. My son needs extra care with his asthma they've taken the time to understand and create a gameplan if his inhaler is needed. The facilities has plenty of toys, books, and activities to keep the kids engaged and entertained. I love that they also have outdoor play areas and regular activities to help the children learn and explore. They keep us uptodate with details and pictures of all the care and activities going on go that day from eat to diaper change to playtime. Which brings my heart and anxiety at ease knowing he's in good hands. I know my son is in good hands and receiving top-notch care. I have seen such amazing growth and development in my child since starting here, and I am so grateful to the entire team at Happy Hearts for their hard work and dedication. If you're looking for a caring, nurturing, and safe environment for your child, look no further. I give them my highest recommendation!

  • Happy Hearts is amazing. My son absolutely loves it here and we have had nothing but a positive experience. The teachers are fun, loving, and professional. The rates are very competitive and they have a great pay structure. They also use an app that is designed to keep parents updated about their child’s activities through out the day. It’s all around a fun and wonderful experience. ❤️ I highly recommend joining that happy hearts family if you are looking for a day care.

Questions parents ask about HAPPY HEARTS LEARNING CENTER

Is HAPPY HEARTS LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in California?

Yes. HAPPY HEARTS LEARNING CENTER holds California licence 313623405, currently listed as "CLOSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, first issued on February 12, 2020. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.

What kind of child care licence does HAPPY HEARTS LEARNING CENTER hold?

California licenses HAPPY HEARTS LEARNING CENTER as a day care center, a category that covers preschool-age children in a centre-based programme. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.

How many children can HAPPY HEARTS LEARNING CENTER care for?

HAPPY HEARTS LEARNING CENTER is licensed for up to 20 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.

How often has California inspected HAPPY HEARTS LEARNING CENTER?

California records 2 inspection visits to HAPPY HEARTS LEARNING CENTER, the most recent on February 27, 2023 and the earliest on record March 11, 2022. The state publishes the dates of these visits but not what they found, so this count reflects licensing activity, not results. Read the findings themselves in California's own facility search.

Has California visited HAPPY HEARTS LEARNING CENTER in response to a complaint?

California records no complaint-driven visits to HAPPY HEARTS LEARNING CENTER. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.

Who holds the licence for HAPPY HEARTS LEARNING CENTER?

The licence is held by PAQUIN-YEAGER, CHRISTINA & YAEGER, SCOTT. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Placer County.
