Licensing visits on record

California records 0 routine inspection visits and no visits prompted by a complaint to HIGHGROVE KINDERCARE.

What California does not publish here

The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

  • We currently have three children attending this KinderCare, ranging in age from 6 months to 5 years. They've been here for several years, and overall we've had a very positive experience. The most important thing for us is knowing our children are safe and well cared for, and we've consistently felt confident leaving them in the staff's care. The teachers genuinely seem to care about the children, and we've had positive experiences across multiple classrooms as our kids have grown. For working parents, the center's extended hours are helpful, and having meals provided is a nice convenience. We also appreciate the KinderCare app. The teachers do a good job of posting updates and photos throughout the day, which helps us stay connected and gives us a better sense of what our children are doing. From a cost perspective, tuition is comparable to other daycare centers in the area. Overall, we've found this center to be reliable, well-run, and a good fit for our family.

  • My son has been attending this specific Kindercare for over 3 years, and recently was able to start my sweet daughter at 4 months old. She is now 10 months! This facility is family, and they truly make you feel apart of the family. As a working mom, there is no better feeling knowing my child is loved all day when I’m not able to! They have incredible curriculum and my son has learned so much from them. They have an app where they upload activities, picture, and meals. It’s nice to have updates throughout the day. We have loved every teacher there as well an an incredible director and assistant director who work so hard to plan so many fun and engaging events for the kiddos! I couldn’t recommend this Kindercare enough.

  • Tell your drivers to stop texting while driving the shuttle bus around. Disgusting behavior. You’re supposed to be driving peoples children around safely, not carelessly.

  • Ms. Evelyn & Ms. Grecia they are AMAZING teachers. Just when i thought our luck was running out. We got blessed to have them both be my daughters teachers. The transition with them was seamless. Right away my daughter wanted to be in her class officially (we were visiting for a few weeks) but she LOVED them. She loved how the class was calm, clean, organized & full of support. I love how they both take the time to teach them, read to them, get to know each & everyone of them (their likes & dislikes) & tries to incorporate a little of everyone in all that they do. They are so patient & kind to them. & they help all of them when they are having a hard time. I can honestly say the center is amazing, loving, clean, supportive, friendly BECAUSE of THESE amazing teachers. Because THEY put their all & take pride in what they do & it shows. The center is absolutely BLESSED to have Ms. Sayra, Ms. Henessy, Ms. Xitlalic, Ms. Sindy, Ms. Cristal, Ms. Evelyn & Ms. Grecia.

  • I cannot thank Kindercare enough for being such a wonderful place for my kids! My kids started in the infant class through preschool and it has always been a safe space where they have excelled creatively and academically. Thank you to the entire staff at Kindercare for truly caring about my kids!

  • My family had such a bad experience here. It was so bad that I had to contact community care licensing and submit a complaint that was substantiated after the investigation. They removed the staff member who physically abused my 2yr old child, and stayed for about a week but ultimately had to leave after feeling a tremendous amount of animosity from my child's direct teachers/caregivers. I felt my child was not safe anymore, even with the removal of the person who abused my child. I was so disappointed to see the rest of the staff react that way towards us. It was our first time using a daycare facility that I thought looked "nice".

Questions parents ask about HIGHGROVE KINDERCARE

Is HIGHGROVE KINDERCARE a licensed child care provider in California?

Yes. HIGHGROVE KINDERCARE holds California licence 334846867, currently listed as "CLOSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.

What kind of child care licence does HIGHGROVE KINDERCARE hold?

How many children can HIGHGROVE KINDERCARE care for?

Has California visited HIGHGROVE KINDERCARE in response to a complaint?

California records no complaint-driven visits to HIGHGROVE KINDERCARE. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.

Who holds the licence for HIGHGROVE KINDERCARE?

The licence is held by KINDERCARE LEARNING CENTERS. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Riverside County.
