What California does not publish here

The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

  • Both of my children started at this preschool at 2 years old, and we have absolutely loved our experience here. The teachers are truly amazing, caring, patient, loving, and so dedicated to the kids. The director is also incredible and always makes families feel welcomed and supported. The school is very clean, organized, and provides excellent food for the children. The education is superb, and they truly do an amazing job preparing the kids for kindergarten. I’ve seen so much growth in both of my children academically, socially, and emotionally since attending here. They offer so many wonderful activities including dance class, Armenian class, field trips, and more, which makes learning fun and exciting for the kids. You can really tell how much love and effort goes into this preschool every single day. We are so grateful to have found such a special place for our children and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and educational environment.

  • My daughter began attending this school when she was just two years old, and now she’s five—graduation is right around the corner! 😍 She truly loves her school, her teachers, and her classmates. 🥰 As a parent, what means the most to me is that the children here are treated not simply as students, but with the same care and attention as if they were the staff’s own children. They are taught, supported, and genuinely loved. All it takes is a simple conversation with the homeroom teacher to see how deeply they know each child—you’ll hear every little detail, from favorite foods and music to the color they love most. ☺️ And despite having so many children, there is always enough warmth, patience, and care for each and every one of them.

  • We spent a total of 2 years at Inspire learning center. Overall it was a great experience we really loved and appreciated the teachers! Safety was a priority and when incidents occurred we were contacted via phone or through the app. Some challenges for us a parents were the hours and the frequent days off from school.

  • We could not be happier with our experience at Inspire Learning Center! From day one, the teachers showed such genuine care and attention, making my child feel safe, supported and excited to come to school each day. We saw tremendous growth, not only academically but also in confidence, social skills and curiosity Ms Neli’s passion and dedication shines through in everything she does and it is very clear she truly cares about each child’s success and fosters an environment where both children and families feel welcomed and valued. I highly recommend Inspire and I am grateful for the positive foundation our daughter was given. I’m also looking forward to our younger one starting her journey here too!

  • Inspire is a wonderful preschool, I highly recommend it! My daughter was there for two years and learned and grew so much. The teachers and entire staff are so kind, cheerful, and attentive! The directors, Neli and Lilit, are also wonderful. It's a clean, safe, and welcoming place for your children to learn technical and social skills!

  • My kiddo had the best introduction to school at Inspire. The teachers were all so lovely, caring, and kind. He’s in first grade now but talks about his teachers from Inspire all the time.

Questions parents ask about INSPIRE LEARNING CENTER

Is INSPIRE LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in California?

Yes. INSPIRE LEARNING CENTER holds California licence 197750126, currently listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, first issued on January 5, 2022. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.

What kind of child care licence does INSPIRE LEARNING CENTER hold?

California licenses INSPIRE LEARNING CENTER as a day care center, a category that covers preschool-age children in a centre-based programme. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.

How many children can INSPIRE LEARNING CENTER care for?

INSPIRE LEARNING CENTER is licensed for up to 96 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.

How often has California inspected INSPIRE LEARNING CENTER?

California records 4 inspection visits to INSPIRE LEARNING CENTER, the most recent on January 28, 2026 and the earliest on record April 25, 2023. The state publishes the dates of these visits but not what they found, so this count reflects licensing activity, not results. Read the findings themselves in California's own facility search.

Has California visited INSPIRE LEARNING CENTER in response to a complaint?

California records 2 complaint-driven visits to INSPIRE LEARNING CENTER. A complaint visit means someone raised a concern and the state went to look. California does not publish what those visits found, so the count on its own does not say whether any concern was upheld.

Who holds the licence for INSPIRE LEARNING CENTER?

The licence is held by ANLA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, INC.. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Los Angeles County.
