It's a very shame that the staff are extremely incompetent and incoherent especially Jerry Yang and Sandy Mc., who have no manners and they must respect every child and adult. Their schooling is also extremely well behind academics compared to all other facilities by which Kai Ming fails in all aspects of school standards. The building has millions of violations including the smell and visual of mildew and mold, in addition to pest infestation. What a pathetic place and staff. An extremely awful business.

From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and organized. A special shoutout to Sasha Caamal, who is absolutely wonderful—she always goes above and beyond, making the process seamless and facilitating every single piece of paperwork and form with total ease and a smile. The teachers and the support staff are phenomenal. They truly treat my daughter like one of their own, creating a warm, nurturing, and safe environment. Since she started, we have noticed incredible milestones in her developmental success, which speaks volumes about the quality of care and education they provide here. The facility itself is always remarkably neat, clean, and well-structured. I highly recommend the Richmond location to any and all parents looking for an amazing, top-tier place for their child to grow and thrive! Cheers to KM Fam !!!!

Joyce WuJun 15, 2026My child, Lucas, attends Kaiming Preschool. It is an excellent preschool with a wide variety of activities that keep children engaged and excited to learn. The teaching approach is diverse and well-rounded, focusing on developing children’s creativity, independence, social skills, and confidence. As a parent, I am very happy to see Lucas enjoying school and growing every day in such a positive and nurturing environment.

My child enjoys going to school every day, feels safe and supported, and is always excited to share what he has learned. The staff communicates well with parents and creates a warm, welcoming environment for families. We are grateful for all the hard work and care they provide. Highly recommend!
