What California does not publish here

The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

  • My twin daughters are 5.5 and have been enrolled at Kidango @ Logan Center since they were 3. Our experience at the center has been WONDERFUL! My girls have learned so much from the program and watching them grow over the years have been one of the most memorable experiences thus far as a parent! Director Maria & the amazing staff of teachers and Aids who truly care about your child and go above and beyond to ensure the best for them in their early stages of preschool. It's definitely bitter sweet as we will be leaving in the Fall to Kindergarten but rest assured that they are more than ready! ❤️

  • This program is great but this center is one of the very worse to send your little one. There’s several issues within the center. Like teachers just hanging out, talking not paying attention to the kids when their outside. An accident happening and nobody writing a incident report about it. Because it was their error. Not paying attention to the children on bikes. Also the teacher Debra thats really mean to some of the children. I’ve seen her treating a little girl really bad and I walked in on it. She tried to clean it up and her assistant Tara tried to distract me from watching by trying to get my attention. But that teacher has favorites. And when you bring it to the director Maria’s attention, she won’t get involved really. She just stays in her office on the computer. Not even engaged with the teachers and. Students really. So that allows Debra to treat your child anyway she wants. ** Say No! Find One Of The Other Great Center!..**

  • I personally do not recommend this kidango. The teacher's are rude especially the "older" ones . If you do not have patience for children do not work with them! There is thin line of discipline them and just being mean to them. Also my child was suppose to come to them after an acidenac that accured there. They did not even inform me about. Witch I should have heard from them personally! Not my current school he is at. I have not even bein contacted at all. I have a lot more to say . Mind you my child only attend about a week or less and problems were already being noticed by me. I understand there are more children then just mine but it is the principal!! Of the situations and how they are being handled I do not care if am "over protective" or anything in those lines .

  • Both my boys went to the Logan Kidango Center in Union City and both boys loved it there! All the teachers there are so nice and patience with the kids. I am going to miss dropping him off every morning! I loved how my son had something good to tell me everyday! everyday he learned something new, I was so surprised he was writing his first middle and last name all by himself as well as comprehending when a book was being read to him, he learned so much and he is now ready for Kindergarden with the help of this center.

Questions parents ask about KIDANGO LOGAN

Is KIDANGO LOGAN a licensed child care provider in California?

Yes. KIDANGO LOGAN holds California licence 013419429, currently listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, first issued on July 21, 2008. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.

What kind of child care licence does KIDANGO LOGAN hold?

California licenses KIDANGO LOGAN as a day care center, a category that covers preschool-age children in a centre-based programme. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.

How many children can KIDANGO LOGAN care for?

KIDANGO LOGAN is licensed for up to 52 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.

How often has California inspected KIDANGO LOGAN?

California records 6 inspection visits to KIDANGO LOGAN, the most recent on May 12, 2026 and the earliest on record July 19, 2021. The state publishes the dates of these visits but not what they found, so this count reflects licensing activity, not results. Read the findings themselves in California's own facility search.

Has California visited KIDANGO LOGAN in response to a complaint?

California records no complaint-driven visits to KIDANGO LOGAN. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.

Who holds the licence for KIDANGO LOGAN?

The licence is held by KIDANGO. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Alameda County.
