California records 0 routine inspection visits and no visits prompted by a complaint to KIDDIE ACADEMY OF CAMPBELL - SAN JOSE.
What California does not publish here
The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

I had read many positive reviews about Kiddie Academy, so despite my first experience, I decided to give the school a second chance. The first time I visited, I urgently needed information, so I knocked on the door to ask about pricing and whether I could possibly take a tour. The woman who answered barely opened the door and, in a very rude and dismissive manner, told me that they did not do tours that way, that I needed to call and schedule one, and that she could not provide me with any information. She then added, “We do not offer financial assistance,” even though I had never asked about financial assistance or mentioned anything about my financial situation. I found that comment unnecessary and very uncomfortable. Despite that experience, I decided not to judge the entire school based on one interaction. I had already enrolled my baby at another daycare, but I scheduled a tour at Kiddie Academy because I wanted to keep it as a possible option for when my baby is a little older. When I returned for my scheduled appointment, the owner greeted me warmly and introduced me to the director, who turned out to be the same woman I had interacted with previously. I went into the conversation with an open mind and no preconceived judgment. I explained that my baby was already enrolled elsewhere and that I was simply exploring alternatives for the future. Instead of proceeding with the tour, she said, “Are you looking at prices? If you want, I can show you the prices and then you can decide if you want the tour.” I was already there for a scheduled tour, so I found this interaction very uncomfortable and dismissive. I cannot say whether her behavior was based on bias, prejudice, or simply her personality, because I cannot know her intentions. What I can say is that, as a parent, I did not feel welcomed, respected, or comfortable in my interactions with the person who would be responsible for overseeing the environment where my baby would spend her days. The owner was kind and welcoming, and I truly hope other families have had a much better experience. However, for me, the way the director treated me was enough to make me decide that I would not feel comfortable leaving my baby at this academy. It is unfortunate because the school appears to have many positive qualities, but leadership and the way families are treated during their first interactions matter tremendously when choosing childcare.
Nicolle Andrea Sanchez GraciaAug 11, 2026Choosing a daycare was one of the hardest decisions we made as new parents, and we’re so grateful we found Kiddie Academy of Campbell-San Jose. The director (Ms. Ridhima) is exceptional—kind, responsive, and truly dedicated to every family. The teachers are warm, patient, and incredibly responsible, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about the children. Our daughter adjusted to the daycare very well and I'm sure she's in good hands. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, making it a wonderful place for kids to learn and grow. We have complete peace of mind every day and couldn’t recommend Kiddie Academy more.
Nicole LiangJul 24, 2026We absolutely love Kiddie Academy of Campbell! The campus is incredibly spacious, modern, clean and safe for the kids. Having access to the live cameras let me take a look what my son is doing at any time and getting detailed daily reports with photos gives us such peace of mind. The teachers are so professional and genuinely loving. Our boy used to be quite shy, but he has blossomed so much and is now incredibly chatty! The owner and director know every single child by name and they host lots of events for parents and kids. The absolute best part for us is that they provide breakfast, lunch, and two snacks, all freshly prepared hot meals from their own kitchen. With their long operating hours, it’s a total lifesaver for working parents. We couldn't recommend them more!
Rachel HJul 17, 2026Our 18-month-old transitioned into Kiddie Academy very smoothly, and the teachers made sure he received personal attention from day one. We appreciate the daily updates and camera access, which give us peace of mind and help us stay connected to his day. The provided meals make our routine much easier, and the staff clearly takes their responsibilities seriously. Their well-structured, age-appropriate curriculum supports language, social skills, and overall development.
Jidnyasa DhavaleJul 16, 2026Our son started attending this daycare in June, and we’ve been so happy with the experience. In just a short time, we’ve watched him grow from being very shy around others to genuinely enjoying spending time with his teachers and classmates. The teachers and staff are incredibly warm, caring, and attentive—you can truly tell they love what they do. The curriculum provides a wonderful balance of structured learning and play, and we’re always amazed by the new things he comes home knowing. Communication has been outstanding, with regular photos, updates, and prompt responses whenever we have questions. The facility is clean, secure, and thoughtfully designed with children’s safety in mind, giving us complete peace of mind every day we leave him in their care. We are especially grateful to Ms. Katie, Ms. Kate, Ms. Elsa, Director Ridhima, and Mr. Rick (the owner) for their patience, kindness, and support in helping our son transition smoothly from being at home to thriving in a daycare environment. Their dedication has made a meaningful difference for our family.
Stephanie NgaiJul 16, 2026Our son has been here since he was 7 months old, and we absolutely love it! The teachers are incredibly involved and take personal interest in ensuring the kids are happy. They completely supported us with baby-led weaning, and thanks to their in-house kitchen and varied menu, our son now eats a great variety of foods at home. Between the amazing food and the fun daily activities that keep him engaged, we couldn't ask for a better daycare!
