Licensing visits on record

California records 0 routine inspection visits and no visits prompted by a complaint to LEARNING HOUSE PRESCHOOL.

What California does not publish here

The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

  • Great place! My kids love it. Arbi and Michelle are absolutely amazing.

  • Arbi is a gem of a human and the kids in his care could not be any luckier. The amount of learning that happens through play is astounding and he's so creative and hands-on with teaching, especially social-emotional learning. My son loves it here!

  • We love the Learning House Preschool headed by the amazing Arbi! Our daughter has been with Arbi since July 2021. We found the school through word of mouth from other parents who raved about it. This is not a typical daycare, they plan educational activities throughout the week such as what's it like to go to the dentist, teach the kids about healthy eating, etc. Every summer, there are also themed days for those two months and it's fun to see the kids get to do some water play activities, have reptiles visit, pet cute puppies, do crazy hair day, have pajama day, etc. The hours are also fantastic for working parents. Even when I have to go in earlier than usual, they've made special arrangements to accommodate my schedule. The value for what we pay for childcare is a bargain yet they deliver such a great curriculum for childcare. I'm surprised he doesn't have a waitlist! The staff really do love the kids and are attentive to their needs. Arbi's style aligns with the way we are raising our daughter as he acknowledges their feelings, gets down to their level to speak to them and teaches them life skills with the "why" behind it, ie. “Let’s wash our hands after we use the bathroom so we don't get sick." I know my daughter will miss coming once she graduates this year to start TK but I can't say enough great things about Arbi and the program he is building there so highly recommend them for your child's daycare provider/preschool!

  • Choosing this preschool for my daughter is the best decision. When my daughter turned into 2.5 years, I was waiting for this new school to open. After talking with the owner/ principal here, I was really amazed by how much he care about personality development rather than full on academic learning. Now my daughter has been going there for more than half year. She is really happy about everything that happened in the school. She will share with me who she played with and learned everyday. When I pick her up, a lot of her classmates will come around to give her hugs and high-five. I couldn’t be happier with this place.

Questions parents ask about LEARNING HOUSE PRESCHOOL

Is LEARNING HOUSE PRESCHOOL a licensed child care provider in California?

Yes. LEARNING HOUSE PRESCHOOL holds California licence 195700128, currently listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, first issued on April 5, 2024. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.

What kind of child care licence does LEARNING HOUSE PRESCHOOL hold?

California licenses LEARNING HOUSE PRESCHOOL as a single licensed child care center, a category that covers infant, preschool and school-age care under a single licence. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.

How many children can LEARNING HOUSE PRESCHOOL care for?

LEARNING HOUSE PRESCHOOL is licensed for up to 30 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.

Has California visited LEARNING HOUSE PRESCHOOL in response to a complaint?

California records no complaint-driven visits to LEARNING HOUSE PRESCHOOL. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.

Who holds the licence for LEARNING HOUSE PRESCHOOL?

The licence is held by ARBI DELKEOUKIAN. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Los Angeles County.
