What California does not publish here

The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

  • Very happy with this program. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication that these teachers have given to my child. Never had a problem, they kept me up to date on my child’s progress. Yes I did notice the difference “big time”. I highly recommend that you put your children in one of these programs. So thet can be ready for Kindergarten. Thank you so much to the teachers from Child Development in Hueneme (Richard Bard Elementary).

  • My kid used to go here. It's a great place, my kid was always happy about going there every day. People who work there are very friendly and sweet with all the kids. I will recommend it 100%

  • This place has a horrible mildew smell. Dirty toys and stuffed animals were dingy. Also it is overpriced for a facility that barely serves meals. They ask parents to bring food 🍴🍕🍔yet they have no 🚫 refrigerator. A lady was nice in person. Yet when I dug a little deeper and asked questions she made a rude comments. Plus it appears the owners family member took it upon himself to review the establishment.

  • This is a very well run preschool. Very caring teachers and great environment.

Who holds the licence for LITTLE EXPLORERS CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER?

The licence is held by MRSN, INC.. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Ventura County.
