What California does not publish here
The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

More than just Mandarin immersion. Loving, caring staff of course. Lots of enrichment weekly (music, dance, movement), month-long topical focus on, for example, noodles/pasta; medicine/doctors; shopping/groceries etc. with visiting "experts", field trips and interviewing adults (??!) with reports on how many people preferred a food or wore shoes. Structured group play instruction with art and observation, balanced with a simple and supportive system for child-directed play and clean up. Teachers are communicative, sharing lots of pictures during the day so you stay connected with your kid. Special events like a Halloween trick-or-treat parade to the local mall. And not to miss, the capstone Chinese New Year annual community-wide performances (and dinner), with each class in costume performing carefully (patiently!) taught dance moves over weeks... beyond endearing. Excellent social interaction support as the little ones learn about friendships and the emotions of others. Regular review of binders of child's progress in their learning, with examples of self-awareness, shape recall, counting and number recognition, etc to show development and areas for concern. Also, did I mention it's a Mandarin immersion school with a solid full-time teaching framework? Yeah, that too. And they provide meals.
Ben WenMay 2, 2019School is cutting down staffs to save cost, due to the fact that school opened an second location $$$ And lack of children. A classroom only has 2 teachers with 16 children. For example SF minimum wages is $15 per hour, each class used to be 3 teachers ($45) to watch over the children. Now only 2 teachers per classrooms ($30). Then the preschool is hiring free intern from college with little to no experience to watch over your children to fill in the third teacher’s position. Most of the experience teachers already gone,(due to stress, lack of staffs, lack of respect, lack of resources for crafts and low wages) leaving the poor children with unfamiliar new teachers everyday. Yes you are reading it right, each day the children are seeing new faces for the teachers. The school management also blame on the teachers or parents for incidents/ accidents happen at school. The school never take responsibility for the incident that happen, just smooth it out with fancy words and hope for the best. Pretty much most of the parents knew about the ongoing problems with school, is just that if the parents pull the child out of the school and switch to another one. It will be hard on the child to stars a new school environment. The end.
