What California does not publish here
The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

Our son has been going to LLA for almost 2 years and loves it. His Spanish vocabulary has grown significantly and he's now able to hold conversations. The entire team at the school have been great. We'll be sending our second son there as well.
Nick IglesiasMar 5, 2026Our daughter has been attending LLA since she was 3 and is now 4.5. We are so impressed with how much Spanish she speaks coming from a non-Spanish speaking household. It has inspired not only us to learn Spanish but also her grandparents, aunts and uncles. The classes are small, the teachers are wonderful, the activities are engaging. She always comes home with the best stories and (singing, crafts, soccer, water slide in the summers, etc). She’s made some of her best friends here as well. As my first baby, I was extremely nervous to put her in any type of care outside of home. I did some extensive research for daycares and pre schools throughout San Marcos and La Costa and out of the 10 + others I interviewed in person, I immediately knew this was the school for us. The teachers and Laura were so kind and supportive to me and my daughter who can be a little bit of a wallflower at first. We plan on sending our son here soon, and know he will absolutely love it!
Alyssa DriverFeb 24, 2026Some people think starting a child at Preschool at 2 is too early, but we knew our son was ready and we were right. He absolutely loves coming here. Like, no tantrums, happily walks in with his lunch bag. Oh sure, it took him a couple of weeks to get accustomed. It's not a school, it's a community. This really is the only school that's true Spanish immersion. I love the fact that if there's school matters to address, I can send my husband as he's the native Spanish speaker. The teachers have all been here for years and are a good group of friends. We have no place to compare it to because once we started coming we saw no need to go anywhere else.
Ra A (Artichokera)Feb 2, 2026I can't say enough about how amazing this school has been for our daughter and our family. Her español and overall development blow our minds every day. We wouldn't have been able to do it without LLA. Even more important, LLA has made a wonderful community for the students and families, so when I leave my daughter here, I know she's cared for, safe, and learning so much every day. The maestras are what make it special - they are genuinely wonderful and loving humans that all the kids get excited to see every day. They put so much thought and care into every lesson, event, and holiday, and our daughter has felt so comfortable here since she started at 18 months (she's almost 3 now). It was incredibly important to us that our daughter be fluent in español, which is why we sought a 100% spanish immersion program, but then seeing that she's somewhere where she is making so many friends, happy and thriving too -- we couldn't have asked for a better school!
Melanie LopezJan 18, 2026My daughter has been coming here for two years now, and she absolutely loves it! The teachers do a fantastic job of differentiation, academic rigor, and playfulness. They are flexible with all different temperaments and abilities of children. The love that they have really shows. My husband is a native Spanish speaker so learning this language means a lot to our family. This year, she goes five days a week. As a result, she is now speaking fluent Spanish. These teachers have a strong commitment to the language. They talk a lot to the children. They read a lot to the children. Everything is so thoroughly verbal; it is evident in my daughters Spanish Speaking skills. I recommend this school very highly. The key to the school’s success is passionate teachers, a Director who cares about her teachers, and small classroom sizes.
Brenna FoleyMar 17, 2025My son absolutely loves LLA--he wakes up every morning excited to go to school! We chose LLA because it is the only school that offers 100% Spanish immersion, and it has been an amazing decision. The teacher-to-student ratio is excellent, allowing for a nurturing and attentive environment. All the teachers are incredibly friendly and caring--my son adores Maestra Jenni! Additionally, Maestro Enrique's music program is fantastic; my son sings the songs he learns at school all week long. The kids also do a ton of arts and crafts, and my son comes home with multiple creative projects every week. When it comes to safety, LLA has a well-organized system for releasing children to parents, and the teachers are always watchful. My son has never had any issues with other kids, which I believe is largely due to the small class sizes and attentive teachers who foster a positive environment. Since joining LLA, my son's drawing, speaking, and singing skills have improved tremendously. I highly, highly recommend LLA to anyone looking for a top-notch preschool experience!

Is LITTLE LANGUAGE AMBASSADORS a licensed child care provider in California?
- Yes. LITTLE LANGUAGE AMBASSADORS holds California licence 376701139, currently listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, first issued on April 7, 2015. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.
What kind of child care licence does LITTLE LANGUAGE AMBASSADORS hold?
- California licenses LITTLE LANGUAGE AMBASSADORS as a day care center, a category that covers preschool-age children in a centre-based programme. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.
How many children can LITTLE LANGUAGE AMBASSADORS care for?
- LITTLE LANGUAGE AMBASSADORS is licensed for up to 45 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.
How often has California inspected LITTLE LANGUAGE AMBASSADORS?
- California records 3 inspection visits to LITTLE LANGUAGE AMBASSADORS, the most recent on March 26, 2026 and the earliest on record July 20, 2023. The state publishes the dates of these visits but not what they found, so this count reflects licensing activity, not results. Read the findings themselves in California's own facility search.
Has California visited LITTLE LANGUAGE AMBASSADORS in response to a complaint?
- California records no complaint-driven visits to LITTLE LANGUAGE AMBASSADORS. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.
Who holds the licence for LITTLE LANGUAGE AMBASSADORS?
- The licence is held by LITTLE LANGUAGE AMBASSADORS, LLC. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in San Diego County.
