What California does not publish here
The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

My daughter has been attending this daycare weekly for almost a year now. she started at 18 months and is now almost 2.5. The growth we’ve seen in her during this time has been incredible. She went from being very shy and nervous being away from me having extreme separation anxiety, to becoming one of the most outgoing, friendly, daring, and fearless little girls I’ve ever known. She knows her entire alphabet, can count to 10, recognizes her name, and confidently introduces herself to others in the correct context . Her communication skills have improved so much—she’s speaking in almost full sentences, which still amazes me at her age considering she’s been speaking like this since she was barely two. I was very hesitant about enrolling her in daycare at first, but once I returned to work full-time, it became the right step - especially because I also wanted to prepare her for preschool and kindergarten- I didn’t want her to feel scared in a brand new environment so wanted to start her young. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I could have made for her. She now walks up to other children, introduces herself by name, and happily greets everyone when they walk in. Her vocabulary is also astounding. It’s clear that the staff truly love what they do and genuinely care for all of the children. My daughter has formed such special bonds with Miss Emilie, Miss Gina, Miss Ivonne, and Miss Daysi, and I’m incredibly grateful for each of them. My daughter talks about Miss Emilie all the time even when we are at home which speaks volumes!! I literally look forward to seeing them every day too 😂 I’m dreading the day where my daughter ages out of the program but so thankful that we chose this place. I don’t think I could have picked a better place if I tried. The pictures speak for themselves - she loves coming here 🩷
Stephanie HarrisApr 29, 2026My son has been going here from 13 months old to now being 2.5 years old. I highly recommend this facility, especially if you have a child who has allergies or special needs because they provide QUALITY care for lower prices than other daycare facilities. (I’ve taken my son to 2 other daycare facilities from a big company, and Little Minds is way more attentive to the children than those bigger companies.) First off, The staff is AMAZING. The director, Nayomi, is incredibly honest and handles any issues with grace. The teachers are all incredibly kind and helpful. They work with you on your child’s well-being, as well as following guidelines from the federal and state. Ms. Ivonne and Ms.Virginia are the more notable, because they’re the main teachers, but the other assistant teachers are amazing and talented too. It can be no-cost or incredibly low cost if you are a parent receiving government aid for childcare. You just have to provide the diapers and wipes. They receive hot meals including their breakfast, lunch and snacks. They do a mini party for the big holidays. The director occasionally sends pictures of the activities the kids are up to. It’s also multi-language. They teach some sign language(to help with communication), they encourage learning English, and sometimes teach some Spanish. They keep an open communication between the director, teachers, and parents. They actually care about the children and their well-being. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Halley BurnsFeb 27, 2026Super clean and Ivonne is the sweetest. The kids have so much space to roam around and have so many activities to do. Homemade meals and snacks. If you need help with anything Nayomi and Ivonne are more than happy to point you in the right direction. A real pleasure working with this Toddler Center.
Miss SairaFeb 17, 2026I was very scared and hesitant going back to work and having to put my babies into daycare but this place is amazing. They are very caring and very patient. It took my boys about a week or two to get use to it but now they love it and run to class. Miss Naomi is very professional and is great at communicating with parents. Miss Virginia is amazing my son loves her! I feel like she was a big part in making him love day care. There is another teacher in the infant class room I have not gotten her name but she is a blonde teacher she is very sweet! She is very caring! My little one loves her! I’ve also noticed my 2 year old has started talking so much since daycare. He’s learned all his colors how to identify and say them. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a daycare.
Isabel RosasOct 9, 2025As a first time mom, I was so nervous about leaving my infant to go back to work but the staff and head teacher at Little Minds truly care and eased my worries within the first couple of days. The kids there are happy and inquisitive and the staff always give me updates as simple as "she had a good day" to "I noticed is a little bit of redness during a diaper change and put some cream, just letting you know so you can monitor it." Two major things improved as well - she became a better napper and drank from the bottle more consistently! She was exclusively breastfed and we were working on these things at home but the teachers here are professional and know how to help! The head teacher runs a tight ship but in the best way possible because it's to ensure quality care for my baby girl. The faculty and the facility are great!!
Christine TruongAug 21, 2025My son started attending Little minds infant and toddler when he was one. We loved our experience here. From the start when we decided to enroll him the school director was really helpful and answered all the questions we had. My husband and I were nervous since this was the first time our child was going to be away from our care. She reassured us that he was going to be in great care. And he truly was. I'm so grateful for all his teachers that showed him love and patience. My son has learned so much, numbers, shapes, colors and so on. There were time when he would get hurt nothing to crazy little bumps or scratch (wild child of mine) and we would always be told about it. They would send us a text message or tell us at pick up. Occasionally we would get pictures of him in his activities. Those were always nice to see. They provided nutritional food for them he was there for breakfast and lunch. If he was running low in supplies (diapers, wipes) they would send us a text before he ran out. I also really appreciated them making us aware if he would be doing something he wasn't supposed to be doing. Because we got to also work with him at home in correcting those bad behavior so he wouldn't do it anymore. He is now three and it's time for his new adventure at little minds learning center. We Will forever be grateful for the love and care they had for him at little minds infant and toddlers.
