  We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Terrific Toddlers program at Los Gatos Parent Nursery School. It was the perfect first school experience for our daughter, and we are so grateful we found this community. Teacher Wendy is truly exceptional. She has an incredible gift for connecting with young children and helping them build confidence at their own pace. When we first started, our daughter was very shy and would cry during circle time because she knew it meant class would be ending soon. Wendy was endlessly patient and encouraging, never pushing her before she was ready. By the end of the year, she was eagerly participating in songs, parachute, and even dancing in the middle of the circle with the other children. Watching that transformation was amazing. Every class was thoughtfully planned with a wonderful mix of activities. There were arts and crafts, painting, coloring, dress-up, pretend play, sensory activities, music, and plenty of outdoor play. The campus has two fantastic playgrounds, along with tricycles, a sandbox, bubbles, and water play that the children absolutely loved. One of the biggest benefits of LGPNS is the cooperative preschool model. Parents are involved in the classroom alongside the teacher, creating a high adult-to-child ratio that gives every child plenty of attention and support. It also allowed us to get to know the other families. Our class was small enough that we built genuine friendships, and I know many of them will last for years. If you're looking for a nurturing, play-based preschool where your child can develop socially and emotionally while making joyful memories, I can't recommend Los Gatos Parent Nursery School highly enough. It gave our daughter a wonderful introduction to school and gave our family a community we truly treasure.

  LGPNS has been such a special part of our family's life. Both of my older children have attended, and my youngest will join them in the fall. The co-op model (being able to be involved) is what initially drew us in, but it's the community we found that made us stay. There is something really special about getting to be part of your child's preschool experience, watching them grow in confidence, make friends, and discover new things every day. My children have learned so much at LGPNS, but more importantly, they've been loved and encouraged, not just by the incredible teachers, but by all of the parents too.

  LGPNS is a great preschool! The other parents have always been welcoming, kind, helpful, we are all going through similar things and try to be supportive of each other. The teachers are absolutely amazing, they love what they do and it shows. My daughter graduated 2 years ago and was prepared for kindergarten academically and socially. My son is now attending remote summer school (due to Covid 19) and is loving it. The teachers are doing an outstanding job at remote teaching! I highly recommend this wonderful preschool!
