  • Fantastic studio to learn karate. My kids and wife both learned from Master Manna and his team. Even the kickboxing is amazing for anyone who wants to learn and do it for exercise. If you want to learn karate, this is the place to go.

  • I've trained at Manna's for almost thirteen years along with my two sons and numerous friends and colleagues. The quality of martial arts instruction is unparalleled - Grandmaster Manna's deep knowledge of technique and instructional methods provide students with a tremendous opportunity for progress and success both on the training floor and in life. Senior Masters Chris Brandt and Janet Manna have dedicated years to helping students of all ages achieve their goals. I have gained strength, flexibility, and understanding during my journey, and have seen the benefits of Manna's Martial Arts for my family as well - my sons have absorbed the spoken and unspoken lessons and I can see it reflected in their attitudes and perspectives today. Highly recommended for those looking for a challenging, rewarding martial arts studio!

  • To be perfectly honest, I chose this school mostly because they’re conveniently located by my daughter’s ballet studio, but I am so glad we did! We LOVE this studio. The instruction of martial arts seems excellent to me - a lot of personal attention whether the class is large or small. I especially love the focus of teaching safety (e.g. how to fall) and the consistent teaching and modeling of how to be respectful and disciplined. The instruction is a great blend of humor, fun, and seriousness appropriate to the ages and maturity of the students. The tuition is the same whether you attend one class or all the possible classes in a month, so it behooves you to attend as many as you can manage.

  • After seeing the growth of several family friends, we took a tour of Manna's. We were immediately impressed with the program. It's run like a gym membership with several options of classes to attend everyday. With regular attendance, kids can steadily move up belt ranks and gain leadership skills as well as self defense. After 5 years, our son has matured and grown in his self confidence, discipline, and ability to manage tricky situations (a friend being too aggressive, stranger awareness, and even a dog attack). We LOVE Manna's Martial Arts!

  • We love Manna’s. The best decision we made several years ago for our then 7 year old. Its not just a martial arts studio, its a community. Grandmaster Manna, Ma’am, Master Brandt are all very involved in not only running this iconic institution but also instilling the values of good citizenship in the kids.

  • One of the best martial arts schools I ever seen and worked with for kids that have low confidence and want to find connections with their peers; my son and my daughter attended for several years each build their confidence and felt confident with their friends. This place is more than martial art class. It teaches life style. Thank you
