Licensing visits on record

California records 0 routine inspection visits and no visits prompted by a complaint to MONARCHS ATHLETICS.

What California does not publish here

The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

  • Our family loves Monarchs. We have two girls on the competitive team. The coaches really care about all the girls (inside and outside of gymnastics) and they create such a trusting and safe atmosphere. They truly know how to balance hard work while still making it fun for them. We love how close knit the teams are and how all the girls get along. Definitely recommend Monarchs Gymnastics family to all!

  • Great gym and coaches! Our daughter has grown in confidence and strength over the last few years at Monarchs; first recreationally and now on the team! After the Woolsey Fire, the owners and coaches were so generous and supportive. Coaches are passionate about both supporting the kids and about the sport itself - excellent opportunity and experience- thank you Monarchs!

  • My daughter has been a part of the Monarch's family for over 5 years. She started in recreational classes and now is on the competitive gymnastics team. We truly value the coaches, the staff and love being a part of such a great community. I highly recommend Monarch's Gymnastics!

  • Love this gym! I’ve been associated with Monarch’s for over 9 years as a coach and now with my daughter as a competitive gymnast. The coaches and staff are amazing and teach the girls gymnastics and life skills. Would highly recommend sending your kids here for gymnastics.

  • We love Monarchs! My 5 year old daughter has been going there for awhile now and has truly enjoyed it. She has learned so many great fundamentals, built her confidence, learned the importance of stretching and has so much fun out on the floor. We have recommended Monarchs to many and look forward to enrolling my son soon.

Questions parents ask about MONARCHS ATHLETICS

Is MONARCHS ATHLETICS a licensed child care provider in California?

Yes. MONARCHS ATHLETICS holds California licence 566216011, currently listed as "CLOSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.

What kind of child care licence does MONARCHS ATHLETICS hold?

California licenses MONARCHS ATHLETICS as a school age day care center, a category that covers school-age children outside school hours. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.

How many children can MONARCHS ATHLETICS care for?

MONARCHS ATHLETICS is licensed for up to 20 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.

Has California visited MONARCHS ATHLETICS in response to a complaint?

California records no complaint-driven visits to MONARCHS ATHLETICS. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.

Who holds the licence for MONARCHS ATHLETICS?

The licence is held by URUSOVA, LENA. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Ventura County.
