My son went thru all classes here at MHPCNS and while I absolutely LOVED the school then, I love it even more now, let me tell you how. After I dropped my son off at his second day of Kindergarten, I stopped by the old preschool (not in session yet). As I sat in the empty play yard, empty of chickens and children, I could see it all so clearly. A tiny version of my son toddling in his diaper, his friends laughing on the slide, kids at the gate waiting eagerly to share hugs and show off art. I saw myself sitting at tiny tables joining kiddos for lunch and circle time, giving hugs and singing songs about kindness and cleaning up. In all those moments of play and pure joy, I knew this school was the reason my son was ready for Kindergarten. This school is the reason he didn’t cry as he waved goodbye to me this morning. This community is why he had such a great day away from me, hopping back into my car at the end of the day with a smile on his face. MHPCNS has made all the difference in our lives, in our friendships and in our future.
