What California does not publish here
The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

I love how God just brought me to this place. It’s so amazing. I am ninth grade and I’ve been going to this place since I was in seventh grade. I recently just got baptized. I just love it here.
Anthony NapoliMar 6, 2026Listen I love this church and most of the people. They are very open arms and interactive with everyone in the community and the church. The only thing I hate is that I am big on note taking and the tech person only leaves notes on the screen for 5 seconds so if you don’t remember it your loss. Which honestly gets me really upset and then I miss the message. I even walked out because of it once. That definitely needs extreme improvement.
Holly CokerJan 18, 2026I had a horrible experience at this food pantry, watching a member of the church staff be ugly to our brown brothers and sisters. This member could have been kinder about the way she formed two lines, one for people who looked like her, and the other for people with language barrier. She pointed her finger in people’s faces.. “Spanish? Over there. EspAniOL? Over there” without another word, smile, or even attempt at communication. But oh, her sickly sweet tone with me, the white girl… she wore red shoes, blue jeans, and a grey shirt with red sleeves. All she needed was the red ballcap of hate, you all know the one. You all get an extra star for the good that IS being done, but I wanted to flip her stupid table right over her. Hate is hot like heat and I can’t stand to ever wait in that line again, I’ll go to the other pantry in Grover. And I will never, ever step foot into that church after the way I saw that volunteer speak down to my brown brothers and sisters. Ugly, ugly, UGLY
Ry EinworbDec 29, 2025As I wake up thanking God for another day to waking up, I ask God to connect and wrap his arms around some human beings in the office of the New Life Church, as I walked in weeks ago while the "church" was "under construction" I walked in and spoke to a few in the main office next to the parking lot, asking for helping , asking for a emergency need as my family is undergoing medical treatments ( cancer) neuro paragonagoma 1 in a million cancers literally. So I share what I share and she directed me to the food pantry. I looked at her and said I've been going to the food pantry for almost 3 yrs and we don't need food, we need a home to be kept ,bills etc. I need prayer I said. She looked at me, her eyes changed with just a wide open eye, nothing sensitive or anything to be honest, and dang I walked out of there with nothing but a peace of mind if not coming back to a church, where it's supposed to be A Godly way of wide open arms and endless LOVE, but yet I didn't get any of that, not even a prayer over me. I've learned a lot. And it's unfortunate. But it is what it is. Thanks for showing me YOUR TRUTH to your foundation of this church. NEW LIFE SHAME ON YOU!!! It's all about PRAYER, those office lady and all in their not one person reached there hearts out to me and my family as I walked in to ,begging for something. I walked away furious and a few tears, just wanting some prayer , some help of anything. And I got Zero prayer. Makes me sick. As I repeat myself again because it's not ok. It's a scam on ppl working these churches and not giving their hearts or Godly self armor on and only about themselves. Who denies a prayer? Interesting. Man . Interesting. We us 6 yes we have four children, we all have gathered at your church and been seen their . It's sick. No excuses. Because all your church was filled with was construction volunteer guys and your office was empty. No prayer reached . Thanks. Cheers!!! You know who you are!!!!
TerrenNov 30, 2025I have met some wonderful, kind, loving, caring people at this church. I full feel like people genuinely care about each other and want the best for you. The are big renovations in the plans to make it a more warm feel when entering. God is moving in big ways here!
Jenifer AndersonSep 21, 2025I don’t believe I have ever been blessed by a church more than I have been by the body of Christ here at New Life. A group of very caring men welcomed me a decade ago when I was first introduced to a New Life. Although I knew the Lord my walk was not close. I was going through a separation and divorce and it was incredibly difficult. I felt like I was taken into the flock. I was blessed by a small group of men that were also working out their lives, walks, relationships and struggles. Mike Maddy was the man who invited me to church in a real and loving way. He introduced me to some caring guys who were real and not “churchy”. They have been there for my family as we tackle its faze of life. I see real faith demonstrated in peoples lives all the time. David is an excellent teacher and his messages never fail to encourage me in my walk. I may stumble but I get back up with loving encouragement from the body at New Life. I am blessed, I am grateful and I see His workmanship here. It feels to me it’s both a hospital for simmers and a place the saints can encourage and be encouraged. May the grace of God that surpasses all understanding bless you as well. 🙏
