Licensing visits on record

California records 0 routine inspection visits and no visits prompted by a complaint to PARKVIEW EARLY LEARNING CENTER.

What California does not publish here

The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

  • Fantastic center, I have been sending my only child here since she was 3 months old. I love the pictures that are sent daily, the teachers maintain great communication- especially in the beginning of enrollment. I really appreciated that the center DOES NOT offer tours while children are in care. Considering what happened at a school in Oroville, I feel very confident that my child is safe here. I have an infant that has learned things I have not taught her at home. I also contribute her healthy appetite to the communal eating aspect of daycare. Love this place, love the teachers.

  • I wanted to share my experience with the preschool, although I unfortunately never had the chance to tour the facility. From my initial outreach on Monday, March 3rd, I found the scheduling process to be quite inflexible, particularly regarding tour times. There was no availability during the week of March 3rd, and the only option offered was the following week on Tuesday at 5:30 PM. We went back and forth in an attempt to find a suitable time, but it felt like there was little room for adjustment. Eventually, she agreed to Wednesday. However, just 24 hours before our scheduled tour, I was informed that maintenance would prevent us from proceeding, and other days that week were not available. Ultimately, I was offered a tour just two days before my child’s anticipated start date, but I couldn't accommodate that due to spring break plans for my older kids. It was disappointing to see such rigidity in scheduling, especially when accommodating parents should be a priority. I believe it’s essential for parents to tour a preschool before enrolling their child, and I wish there had been more flexibility in the process.

  • I started my son here at 5 months old and this was the best decision I could have made for him. They have helped him meet his developmental milestones and he loves his teachers. It is nice that we get real time updates and photos of him throughout the day.

  • The staff at Parkview Early Learning Center is consistently supportive, collaborative, and professional. Our son, who has various global delays and specialized medical needs, was welcomed with open arms and accommodations readily met. He has absolutely thrived in the 6 months he has attended. We appreciate the transparency and connection their real time updates throughout the day provide, and value the open communication between parents and teachers/staff. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, creative, and truly child-centered environment for your little one, look no further!

Is PARKVIEW EARLY LEARNING CENTER a licensed child care provider in California?

Yes. PARKVIEW EARLY LEARNING CENTER holds California licence 045408363, currently listed as "CLOSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.

What kind of child care licence does PARKVIEW EARLY LEARNING CENTER hold?

How many children can PARKVIEW EARLY LEARNING CENTER care for?

PARKVIEW EARLY LEARNING CENTER is licensed for up to 12 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.

Has California visited PARKVIEW EARLY LEARNING CENTER in response to a complaint?

California records no complaint-driven visits to PARKVIEW EARLY LEARNING CENTER. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.

Who holds the licence for PARKVIEW EARLY LEARNING CENTER?

The licence is held by CONLEY, CHERYL. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Butte County.
