What California does not publish here
The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

This organization does NOT care about your children’s well being or safety. They have very young teacher who don’t stay in the location and leave for better jobs every year. The staff is a revolving door because even they know how horrible this organization is. Things that are horrible: 1. They have way too many children enrolled vs teacher/adults 2. The place is filthy and your children will come home with black dirt all over their clothes 3. If you due back any refund or money back, they will take over 4 weeks and not prioritize getting your money back. They will gladly TAKE your money but they don’t care about returning back the money you are due. This Summer in 2026, there was an outbreak of head lice. The policy at Rainbow Rising is to just check visually for the presence of head lice and allowed anyone to return back to the program if they can’t SEE any lice. There were 2 kids that had contracted head lice and one sibling who did not show signs of head lice. The problem with this is that there is a very high risk of this 3rd child to contract head lice from the other 2 siblings because they live in the same household. This program allowed this child to return back to the summer program the very next day and put the entire staff, all other children, and all their families at risk of contracting head lice every single day. the very next day. They DO NOT care about your child’s safety or your family’s. DO NOT send your children here and find another place that actually cares more about your children and their own staff over their money!

taraOct 7, 2019I get to post again because there are so many interactions on a daily basis and we’ve been going for 4 years so here is how I feel today about these guys: Once again they never cease to amaze me. Jesus is so wonderful and perfect to have kids be around. He means business with the kids , but at the same token can be so playful and fun and the kids show their adoration for him ! Ve, the manager of Greentree Rainbow, well right now I literally have tears in my eyes. She isn’t just working at a job , she is fully there and she cares about your child so much and she cares about the family so much beyond just acceptable. This team will go the extra ten miles and not just because we ask but because that is the kind of care your child and family will get if you register them at Rainbow Rising. I would be happy to be a reference for Rainbow on a profesional level and the staff as well on a personal profesional level if they ever need something like that then contact me (as long as it’s not to leave rainbow lol!!)
Sacha SullivanFeb 28, 2018We have been attending since kinder or 1st grade now. Janice was the director and has always been above and beyond. I have an illness and often ask alot of rainbow and Janice was sent to open a new rainbow and I was so skeptical and wanted to just follow her to her new school but of course that didn't make sense. Ve came in and trained over the summer and Janice was gone. I mean I had her personal cell on speed dial etc. I don't even know how the owners of rainbow got so lucky , but Be has been just as wonderful I mean these ladies are everything a parent would want to be with their kid when they are away! Ve and her staff are amazing as well and so kind and patient and caring to our precious children. Greentree rainbow rising comes HIGHLY Recommended from me and I'm sure any other parent would say the same ! Thanks for truly loving and caring for our kids when we are away.

- The licence is held by RAINBOW RISING. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Orange County.
