Edward PreislerMar 11, 2017Our daughter went to this school back in the 80s. Now, at 60, I look back and realize how much of an impact this school had on me personally and my family. The bonds we formed with the other parents taught me a lifetime of teamwork. Parent Participation is a wonderful concept. Did you Serra was one of the very first and vanguard for other Parent Participation schools? It's not for everyone, because you have to be involved. I am still on PTA boards, for our grand children's schools, a direct result of my days at Serra.
