I love this church and this church family. They are really caring people and walk the walk. Since I have had to be home bound more, even before Covid, they always check on us and send cards. Our Pastor Karl Stuckenberg is warm, sincere and very approachable. We are blessed to have him as our spiritual leader. If you are looking for a home church, this is the place to be.~Nancy
luvtanzaniteApr 12, 2020I was there for a memorial service so I can't say anything about how the church service was, but I loved this church the Sanctuary was so bright inside it was wonderful lots of windows very nice play

Bill StoneApr 22, 2018The pastor is warm and earnest and the congregation, welcoming. There is a feeling of fellowship and many opportunities for all ages to get involved. Both Sunday services (traditional and modern) are relaxed. I am comforted and blessed by the worship.

Our family loves SOTH for its inclusiveness, close-family-like feeling and amazing desire to love everyone. If you're looking for an inclusive environment with a strong history of community involvement this church is for you.
Aaron FoellmiApr 26, 2017SOTH UMC in Mission Viejo is a beautiful church campus with such features as a peaceful atrium in the main sanctuary, memorial garden, prayer garden and more. And as with all churches, it's really the people that make this a great worship experience. The congregation at SOTH is focused on connecting with Christ and each other and is very committed to outreach in both the local community and beyond. From missions to small groups, Bible studies, music and special events there are endless opportunities to connect and get involved.
