  My boys have been enrolled in daycare here for almost a year. They started at 18 months and have been lovingly cared for by all the teachers and teacher's aides. I felt this was the right place for them because it met the criteria important to us: safe, clean, small class size, kind and caring staff, and exposure to educational and life skills. I appreciate the daily updates they provide regarding my boys' activities, this helps keep us informed about their needs. Note that siblings receive a discounted tuition rate, which is helpful!

  My 4 year old son has been attending South Bay Montessori for a year and absolutely loves this school. In the beginning he cried for about a month and the teachers were so patient and kind to him. He loves his teachers. They hold his hand and walk with him to make him feel comfortable and safe. Now he loves it and has no problems going to school. He comes home excited telling me about his day, singing new songs, cleans up after himself, and so much more that he has learned from attending this school. The environment is very clean and inviting along with the staff. I absolutely love Mrs. Evian, the director, and Ms. Mary, the owner. They both are very friendly and greets you everyday with a "good morning" and "have a great day". They also allow you to watch your child through the windows of the classrooms if you wanted to see your child in class or outside in the playground. I also love that the teachers take pictures of the kids throughout the day so we can view what they do daily. This is a must see school and highly recommended.

  We have had an incredible experience at Southbay Montessori over the last three years. The teachers truly care about their students' success and took the time to help my child improve in all areas of the classroom. We deeply appreciate how much my child was loved and cared for during our time here. The school has always been incredibly clean, and the administration and director are wonderful to work with. Our time at the school is coming to an end next month as my child moves on to first grade. We will miss this community and will highly recommend Southbay Montessori to others.

  South Bay Montessori has been so great for my son! We have had an amazing experience here. Ms. Celly was able to potty train him, and we continued to teach him at home. She was very kind and helped guide us when we struggled during the first few weeks. He is doing wonderful now (no more diapers!!)! He is now in Ms. Lupe and Ms. Monica's class and thriving! Ms. Lupe is always so patient with him and communicates with us to assure his needs are met. I recommend this school 100%!!

  We love this school! Words truly cannot express how much South Bay Montessori has meant to our family. Our daughter attended from age 2 to 5, and the time passed far too quickly!! Choosing South Bay Montessori was one of the best decisions we made as parents, and we feel incredibly grateful for the loving, clean and nurturing environment created by the teachers, staff, and director ( Ms. Evien ). From day one, we knew she was in exceptional hands. All the teachers ( special thanks to Ms. Luna, Ms. Heidy, and Ms. Angie ) at South Bay Montessori are truly priceless. Their love, dedication, and individualized attention helped our daughter grow not only academically but also emotionally. She gained knowledge, confidence, and independence while being surrounded by warmth and genuine care every day. As working parents, there was nothing more reassuring than knowing she was safe, happy, and well cared for every day. That peace of mind meant the world to us. The school is wonderfully organized and guided by a thoughtful educational approach that balances strong academics with kindness and support. The teachers, staff, and director go above and beyond to create a community that truly feels like an extension of family. South Bay Montessori is more than just a school — it is a place where I see that all children are loved, respected, and encouraged to become their best selves. As our daughter graduated in 2025, saying goodbye was truly bittersweet.   My daughter has been going to this school for a year now. We started out with Ms Sam. And what a gem she is! Our daughters first teacher was simply the best! Smart, kind, and compassionate. My daughter just started with a new teacher Ms Monica, and she is loving her. Every morning we are greeted by Ms Evien who is kind and sweet with our little ones. All the teachers wave high to each of the kiddos while they are walking down the hall to their classrooms. The school is calm and clean. The classroom education is tailored appropriately for the individual ages groups. They have a big backyard where the kids can run and have fun. And the extra side activities that the school provides is a great resource for the kids. Would definitely recommend this school for your little ones.
