What California does not publish here
The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

Awesome church! Great community, very nice services.
Dana SemarDec 12, 2025We’ve had the pleasure of completing many projects with St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, and it has always been a wonderful experience. The entire team is kind, honest, and professional. They truly respect the work and always make collaboration easy and enjoyable. They’re consistently available to help, communicate clearly, and treat every project with care and integrity. A special thanks to Tom, Catherine, Peter, James, Chuck, Don, Kim, Bill, Merry, and so many lovely people for their constant support, kindness, and teamwork! It’s always a privilege working with you.
FixaCal INC.Nov 7, 2025The greatest musical ministry anywhere! The lead pastor Jason Smith is a dynamic and inspiring leader. The entire staff including the associate pastors and the volunteers do incredible good for the community; and the global outreach programs and the church support for outside community organizations doing so much good is truly admirable. No matter what your individual Christian faith history I encourage you to experience St Andrews and prepare to be enthralled and warmly welcomed to a devoted congregation. Start with the Classic 9 am Sunday service or watch live on-line. So many programs offering meaningful ways to participate. You will be Blessed in the process.
steve turnerMar 24, 2024St. Andrew's is a great place to grow in your faith, or discover it for the first time. Pastor Jason is a great teacher, our worship is the best (both traditional and contemporary) and we have many ways to connect with each other in different ways. Excellent Bible study groups and other community groups. Love St. Andrew's!

Cammie QuinnApr 21, 2019Is there enough room? Looking from the outside, you see a building. I see so many faces that I have known and so many still active in so many ways. They are our stones of remembrance, good families, good strong people of God. They are the bricks and mortar that I see. We came as a family to St. Andrews because we were becoming spiritually dry in a denomination that we put our heart into every phase but that was the problem, we were tired of laboring with so many dead ends. We needed more. After many family conversations we started to attend St. Andrews. We hadn't realized how much we were spiritually missing. We have never changed in our minds but did change greatly in meeting spiritual strength. This was at a time of Kim Srutt's and Chris Strutt's and John Stylls marvellous leading the youth and they warm my heart in the way they led to love and live for Jesus and that group became strong in their leadership.. Our Beth and Dave included. And I see all of those young Pastors that started out in our church and went out to spread The Word at churches all over and in mission work. Our church school has loved every child so much and given them meaning for life in knowing Jesus. All our Senior Staff are people who know how to lead us to God and all those who have ever worked in our church were so loving and kind. I am thrilled with the young married couples in our church who are exceptional in their raising up a beautiful family for God. Do you want more? Our family has more than 40 years worth.

Questions parents ask about ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
Is ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH a licensed child care provider in California?
- Yes. ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH holds California licence 304370475, currently listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, first issued on October 6, 2008. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.
What kind of child care licence does ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH hold?
- California licenses ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH as a school age day care center, a category that covers school-age children outside school hours. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.
How many children can ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH care for?
- ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH is licensed for up to 100 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.
How often has California inspected ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH?
- California records 3 inspection visits to ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, the most recent on July 6, 2026 and the earliest on record December 9, 2022. The state publishes the dates of these visits but not what they found, so this count reflects licensing activity, not results. Read the findings themselves in California's own facility search.
Has California visited ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH in response to a complaint?
- California records no complaint-driven visits to ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.
Who holds the licence for ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH?
- The licence is held by ST. ANDREW'S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH EARLY CHILDHOOD S. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Orange County.
