What California does not publish here

The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

  • Es un lugar muy confiable con buenos servicios para los niños

  • Very pleased with my experience so far at supporting future growth site 7 in Hayward, they have been very patient and supportive of my son as this is his first time attending a childcare/headstart program, I was so scared at first but they’ve made me very comfortable with knowing my son is in good hands. Ms Chen is very outgoing and great with the kids, she has made this experience so easy for us! I recommend this site to anyone who is in need of childcare.

  • I love Supporting Future Growth! Site 7 is the one located in Hayward, but I also had one of my children attend the Oakland location for daycare (0-3 year-olds). This site in Hayward was my first-ever experience with quality childcare that was realistically affordable to me. They are a Head Start program that provides flexible hours from 8 am to 4 pm, meals and snacks, learning, and structured school schedules with nap time. My children all had positive experiences with caring teachers. I highly recommend this program for children ages 3 to 5.

  • It sucks to see the low reviews for what happened a long time ago. Ms. Chen is the new teacher here at the Hayward site and she has been an absolute life savior for me and my daughter. It has been a struggle to find a daycare that is super flexible, and Ms. Chen is very passionate about her job. I have never once worried about my daughter being mistreated. Ms. Chen goes above and beyond her duties because she truly cares for the parents and the kids she take care of. She keeps me updated with my daughter’s behavior, what new things she’s learned, what she seems to be weak in, and recommends to me what I could do to help her improve in those areas. Ms. Chen as well rewards my daughter and those others she takes care of with snacks, and ensures it’s okay with the parents first before she hands it out. Thank you so much Ms. Chen!

  • Its alright but I remember on my first day here (in 2012) this teacher grabbed my hand, picked me up and threw me at one of those nap time beds, I told my mom when she came to picked me up and she confronted her about it and the teacher quit the next supposedly she "went to college to study" but she most likely quit because my mom was REALLY MAD. But over all its an okay pre school.
