  • Sutterville Preschool has been a wonderful first learning environment for both of our kids. The teachers, facility (the backyard!), and community are top-notch, and the play-heavy environment was just what we were looking for. We were a non-participating family with our oldest, and a participating family with our youngest. I recommend it to anyone looking for a local, cooperative style preschool with half-day classes.

  • This school is the best hidden gem in Sacramento. Don't be fooled by the play based philosophy, they learn such in depth concepts including having an art teacher with an MFA who uses expansive concepts to produce beyond refrigerator art. The playground is bigger than most parks and is filled with lots of imaginative play areas. My child has gone here for two years and it's helped nurture and prepare him for Kindergarten (enter tears here). The staff is beyond amazing with five teachers who treat your child as if they are their own family. I love participating weekly and getting to see how he interacts with others. I am beyond grateful for my son's years here and the family that I have built in my short time here. Please make sure to take a tour here you will never regret it.
