  Beautiful temple, lovely community of congregants, and a great leader and role model in Rabbi Sela. I was a guest from out of town for a good friend’s son’s Bar Mitzvah, and was very impressed despite my short stay in town!

  I grew on on the east coast. Jewish life was different there and it took me over 20 years (and meeting my husband) to find Temple Ramat Zion. From the moment I walked through the door it was warm and welcoming. A similar feel to what I had growing up. My husband grew up at the temple, my step daughter had her bat mitzvah there, we got married there and now my son is in first grade with the most amazing religious school teacher, Morah Julie. There is a smaller younger family population but I feel the energy and it's growing. From the rabbi and cantor to the religious school director, Julia they rock! Not to mention the youth director Danielle. If you are looking for a temple in the valley that will hold a special place in your family - you should check out TRZ.

  My wife and I have been members of Temple Ramat Zion since we got married 10 years ago. We have enjoyed the community and its members ever since. The religious school is amazing for our older daughter and my son loves Bim Bam Bima on Friday night Shabbat services. Temple Ramat Zion is highly involved in the community as well with its food pantry and gives to the local area in many ways.
