Licensing visits on record

California records 0 routine inspection visits and no visits prompted by a complaint to TIMBERTOY BILINGUAL MONTESSORI LLC.

What California does not publish here

The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

  • My son attended Timbertoy for a little over a year, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the teachers and staff. From day one, everyone was welcoming, caring, and genuinely invested in my son’s growth and development. The enrollment process was easy and stress-free, and throughout our time there, I always felt confident that my son was in a safe, nurturing environment. The teachers truly care about the children and work hard to help them learn, grow, and thrive. I am so grateful that we found Timbertoy. A special thank you to Ms. Anahis and the entire staff for the love, patience, and support they showed our family. We will miss you all very much!

  • Overall great experience. My son attended the daycare for roughly 3 years and was met with nothing but kindness and care. The admin never failed to communicate on any topic from medication, accidents, progression or incidents with other kids. He also picked up a decent understanding of Spanish to the point where they were able to communicate to him and receive answers back in English. Highly recommend.

  • Our daughter started coming to Timbertoy when she was 18 months and was there for over a year! Timbertoy is probably the best quality Montessori preschool in central San Diego. Every one of the teachers and the directors, Anakaren and Sayra, were super friendly. I loved how it was women owned and felt almost like a little family. As a family who did not have a local “village” in San Diego, it was so incredibly comforting that Timbertoy was a safe and enriching place for our little one. You can definitely tell everyone there loves what they do . Unfortunately we moved out of San Diego county and say our goodbyes, but anyone reading this be assured that your little one is in amazing hands at Timbertoy!

Questions parents ask about TIMBERTOY BILINGUAL MONTESSORI LLC

Is TIMBERTOY BILINGUAL MONTESSORI LLC a licensed child care provider in California?

Yes. TIMBERTOY BILINGUAL MONTESSORI LLC holds California licence 376105108, currently listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, first issued on September 8, 2022. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.

What kind of child care licence does TIMBERTOY BILINGUAL MONTESSORI LLC hold?

California licenses TIMBERTOY BILINGUAL MONTESSORI LLC as a day care center, a category that covers preschool-age children in a centre-based programme. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.

How many children can TIMBERTOY BILINGUAL MONTESSORI LLC care for?

TIMBERTOY BILINGUAL MONTESSORI LLC is licensed for up to 43 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.

Has California visited TIMBERTOY BILINGUAL MONTESSORI LLC in response to a complaint?

California records no complaint-driven visits to TIMBERTOY BILINGUAL MONTESSORI LLC. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.

Who holds the licence for TIMBERTOY BILINGUAL MONTESSORI LLC?

The licence is held by TIMBERTOY BILINGUAL MONTESSORI LLC. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in San Diego County.
