While the overall environment and program have many positive aspects, I encountered an issue with a staff member whose behavior I found to be unprofessional and discourteous. There’s a certain tall lady with short hair that “greets” you at the entrance, On multiple occasions, she has come across as rude and dismissive toward both parents and children. Her tone and manner of communication feel unprofessional and unwelcoming, which is disappointing in an environment meant to support young children and their families. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
