We absolutely love Walnut United Methodist Preschool! My son Andy is so happy here, and that means everything to us. The school is well-run and structured, but what truly makes it special is the caring and dedicated staff. Huge thanks to Ms. Vikki, Ms. Laura, Ms. Kiana, Ms. Sarah, Ms. Elizabeth, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Marie, Ms. Abby, and Principal Ms. Yonni — and all the other wonderful teachers and staff as well. Everyone here is incredibly kind and attentive. We feel so lucky and grateful to be part of this wonderful community!

We appreciate the program and the environment there. Also the tuition is very reasonable compare to other places

The teachers and staff truly care for the students. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s in a safe and warm place each day. My daughter loves school and we’ll be sending my son there soon. They have the convenience of extra curricular activities like dance, gymnastics, Chinese, sports, all within the school day! We have recommended all our friends to WUMP!

She absolutely loves going to school every day, which says so much about the environment the teachers have created. The teachers are incredibly nurturing, patient, and genuinely care about each child’s development. The class sizes are small, which means my daughter gets plenty of individual attention and support. It’s clear that the staff really takes the time to understand each child’s needs. What really stands out to me is how excited my daughter is about everything she’s learning. She talks about her teachers all the time—at home and even on the weekends! She’s learning her colors, the alphabet, how to share, follow routines, and interact positively with other children. I’ve also noticed her growing confidence, independence, and communication skills. It’s such a comforting feeling as a parent to know your child is not only safe, but also happy, engaged, and thriving. I highly recommend this preschool to any family looking for a warm, supportive, and enriching environment for their child.
Helen ChingMar 19, 2026We love WUMP!! The teachers are so loving and kind and also provide good direction for the kiddos. Our kids love it here and look forward to school every morning. They feel safe and cared for and learn so much. As parents who are away from their little ones for 8+ hours a day, that is everything. The teachers and staff communicate very well with us and we love the low student to teacher ratio. Some extra bonuses are that they offer lunch, the rooms are always clean, parking is easy, and they have extra activities like Chinese, gymnastics, and dance. We are so thankful that we found WUMP and would highly recommend this preschool for your little ones!

The classrooms are very clean. The playground and facilities are well taken care of. Many of my local friends recommended this school and now I truly believe that it’s the best preschool in town!
