The Walther School is a magical place--both for children and parents. Gloria and her amazing team sprinkle fairy dust on everyone! Your children grow and evolve in a gorgeous, nurturing environment and so do you. My kids finished up at Walther almost fifteen years ago, and some of their lifelong besties are their fellow preschool classmates. I wish there were a 100 star option here!

I don't think we have ever experienced an educator as wise, gifted and dedicated as Gloria and our years at Walther have stayed with us and continue to have a wonderful impression on us. When my mother died, Gloria was the first person I called to see how we should tell our daughters and, as always, her advice was so perfect. Recently, Gloria called us to congratulate us on our daughters' college admissions which meant so much and shows how continues to be so important to us. We can't recommend this school more highly!
Alexandra MadiganFeb 1, 2025Walther is truly a magical place! My son William attended and is now 16. He still to this day talks about the reading loft (no shoes allowed!) Gloria, Brenda and Zilda, yoga with Amy and all the beautiful memories. The community is incredible. Lifelong friends were made. If you are fortunate enough to send your child to this very special and unique school, count yourself very blessed.

This place is special, you will not find a more magical pre-school in LA. I can't thank Gloria enough for providing this unique and wonderful place for children to thrive. Felicia DayJan 31, 2025Gloria Walther is not only extremely well qualified (PhD in early childhood development), but also armed with decades of experience, a full heart, and a wonderful team of teachers. If you're looking for a place where the teachers will truly listen to your child, and provide a warm loving environment for them to explore, learn, and grow, then The Walther School is the place for you. It truly is a haven for children (and parents!) and we feel extremely fortunate as a family to have found it. 6 STARS!
Stephen KingSep 26, 2024The Walther School was the perfect pre-school for me and my husband and our twin sons. I would also argue that it is the perfect place for new or anxious parents as we were. The warm, welcoming and joyous atmosphere is a reflection of the school's founder and principal Gloria Walther. We quickly became friends with and have remained many years later with families we met at Walther. When our sons moved to their new school they were prepared and ready to progress.
