Licensing visits on record
California records 0 routine inspection visits and no visits prompted by a complaint to WESTCLIFF EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY.
What California does not publish here
The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

My kid has gone through 4 popular Montessori schools in Irvine and most were Okish. We are happy to find Westcliff that offers Vietnamese immersion program and STEM. We were hesitant at first because the Montessori was pretty new but with the pickleball, dance, soccer and basketball classes convinced us. It turned out it was the best decision we made. My kid is going to the preschool and loves the Montessori and the teachers. She keeps asking to go to "the new school" even during weekends. The school regularly posted photos and videos of her every 2 hours, unlike the previous schools. The teachers also show lots of care and attention to every kid. We also were surprised that the kid eats all the fruits and isn't hungry when she got home. I'd love to see the school grow faster so they will offer more fun activities!
Alex DoJun 13, 2026I'm so happy we found Westcliff. From the moment we walked in, the environment felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for young learners. The classrooms are clean, bright, and filled with engaging activities that truly spark curiosity. The teachers are amazing—patient, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth. Even though the school is new, everything feels well‑organized and professionally run. My toddler comes home excited, talking about what they learned and the fun things they did that day. I love the balance of play‑based learning, early academics, and social development. It’s clear that a lot of love and planning went into building this school from the ground up. We feel lucky to have found a safe, supportive place where our child can grow, learn, and build confidence.
hank phanFeb 27, 2026We’re happy with how sanitary they keep the school and the amount of tools they have in the classroom for kids to explore with. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. I love that they teach 3 languages and our 4yr old comes home wanting to learn our language. Our child loves going to school!
Son TranFeb 26, 2026My daughter loves going to school here! She can't wait to come to school everyday and her language has improved a lot from when she's first started till now. I also like that you need a code to get into there school for safety purposes and it is really clean!
Cindy KimFeb 10, 2026I attended the STEAM open house hosted by Westcliff Early Learning Academy and it was great to meet the staff that has put together such an incredible looking program. The facilities are gorgeous, the team has a lot of experience, and you can tell they care a lot about actual high quality education. I will be sure to enroll once my child is eligible!
Ethan SFeb 9, 2026Recently, I toured Westcliff Early Learning Academy after a friend referred us. I visited with my brother and sister-in-law while we were searching for a center for my toddler niece. I’ve worked in early childhood education for 20 years, and I genuinely loved everything I saw—I honestly wish my kids were little again so I could bring them here! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, the classrooms are beautiful, and the outdoor playgrounds are fantastic. I also loved the program and offerings, especially the Vietnamese language immersion. This campus is truly top-notch, and I can’t wait for my niece to start and experience all the amazing things she’ll learn.

Questions parents ask about WESTCLIFF EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY
Is WESTCLIFF EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY a licensed child care provider in California?

What kind of child care licence does WESTCLIFF EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY hold?
- California licenses WESTCLIFF EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY as a single licensed child care center, a category that covers infant, preschool and school-age care under a single licence. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.
How many children can WESTCLIFF EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY care for?

Has California visited WESTCLIFF EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY in response to a complaint?
- California records no complaint-driven visits to WESTCLIFF EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.

- The licence is held by IRVINE EARLY LEARNING LLC. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Orange County.
