What California does not publish here

The state publishes when licensing staff visited, not what they found. We do not hold California’s inspection findings, so nothing on this page tells you whether a visit resulted in a citation. A visit count is a measure of licensing activity, and a facility visited more often is not for that reason a worse one. Read the findings in California’s own facility search.

  • My younger one had moved from a day care to pre-school at young champions and immediately liked it. The dance class on Tuesdays and show & tell on Friday showed over time the transformation my child has from age 3 to 4. The food from Satvik next door is also very nice and all the cultural events greatly organized by Ms.Shephali and class teacher Ms.Pooja gives kids all the moments of joy and happiness. We hope to continue into the after school program as my child transition to After School program.

  • Exceptional After-School Care and Peace of Mind! Our daughter has been attending the Young Champions after-school program for the last three years, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. First and foremost, she absolutely loves her time there. As a parent, there is no better feeling than knowing your child is safe, happy, and genuinely enjoying their after-school environment. Beyond how much our daughter loves it, Young Champions has been an absolute lifesaver for our family. Their school pickup service provides an incredible amount of relief and peace of mind for working parents. Knowing the logistics are seamlessly handled by a team we trust makes a world of difference in our daily routine. Thank you, Young Champions, for taking such wonderful care of our kids and giving parents the ultimate peace of mind. We are so grateful for everything you do!

  • We have had a wonderful experience with this program! Our daughter truly enjoys being in school, which is a testament to the fun and engaging activities provided daily. The impact on her overall personality development has been remarkable. She has shown significant social and emotional growth, becoming more confident and empathetic. Academically, the results speak for themselves—our daughter is now reading fluently. We are so grateful for this nurturing environment that balances academic excellence with genuine care. Highly recommended!

  • My child has been going to this after-school program for the past two years, and we are very happy with the experience. I have seen a lot of improvement in my child, not only academically but also in confidence, communication, and overall development. The program offers many different activities that keep kids engaged, active, and excited to learn new things. The teachers and staff are very supportive, caring, and patient with the children. They truly take good care of the kids and create a safe, positive, and friendly environment for them. I really appreciate the dedication and effort the teachers put into helping every child grow and succeed. My child enjoys going there every day, which says a lot about the wonderful atmosphere they create. I would definitely recommend this after-school program to other parents

  • My son has been going to Young Champions Fremont Center for more than a year now, and I have had a very positive experience. What stands out the most is how genuinely involved and engaged the teachers are with the kids. They put a lot of effort into planning meaningful and fun activities that help children learn and grow with confidence. I especially appreciate the variety of programs they organize throughout the year. The science fairs are always exciting, and I love that they introduce public speaking topics every month to help kids build communication skills from an early age. Last summer was also wonderful — each week had a different theme, which kept the kids excited and engaged. The teachers and Ms Ratna truly care about the children and create a warm, encouraging environment. It’s clear they are passionate about what they do, and that makes a big difference as a parent. I’m happy with our experience and grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on my son.

  • We couldn't be happier with our daughter’s experience. My daughter has started Young Champions when she was 3. Completed pre-k, and continues after school. I can’t thank you enough for everything The do, care and provide best educational program. The teachers are warm, loving, and create an incredible family-like environment. Ms Ratna is incredible managing school programs. Kids get fresh food, worksheets match grade level requirements, additional classes like Robotics, Hindi language, Zumba, Abacus etc.. (students can opt in based on interest). They do provide school pick up for after school kids. My daughter is very happy, the teaching staff are very good at nurturing and developing the children's academic skills as well as social interaction and productive play. We are so grateful to be part of Young Champions!! Thank you!!!

Questions parents ask about YOUNG CHAMPIONS

Is YOUNG CHAMPIONS a licensed child care provider in California?

Yes. YOUNG CHAMPIONS holds California licence 015700551, currently listed as "LICENSED" by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division, first issued on October 7, 2021. Confirm current standing with the agency before enrolling.

What kind of child care licence does YOUNG CHAMPIONS hold?

California licenses YOUNG CHAMPIONS as a day care center, a category that covers preschool-age children in a centre-based programme. The category comes from the state's own licence record, not from the provider.

How many children can YOUNG CHAMPIONS care for?

YOUNG CHAMPIONS is licensed for up to 45 children at one time. Licensed capacity is a ceiling set by the state, not a count of current enrolment or of available places.

How often has California inspected YOUNG CHAMPIONS?

California records 4 inspection visits to YOUNG CHAMPIONS, the most recent on December 9, 2025 and the earliest on record October 7, 2022. The state publishes the dates of these visits but not what they found, so this count reflects licensing activity, not results. Read the findings themselves in California's own facility search.

Has California visited YOUNG CHAMPIONS in response to a complaint?

California records no complaint-driven visits to YOUNG CHAMPIONS. That means no concern prompted a visit on the public record, which is not the same as a clean inspection history: the state does not publish what its visits found.

Who holds the licence for YOUNG CHAMPIONS?

The licence is held by PROSPLITE, INC.. California lists the licensee separately from the facility name, so the two often differ. The facility is in Alameda County.
