  • Our child is greeted every morning with genuine warmth, patience, and joy. The teachers truly see her — her independence, her curiosity, and her big feelings — and they meet her with so much care and consistency. We have been here for nearly three years and honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. The communication is excellent, the environment is calm and structured, and the staff is clearly invested in helping kids feel safe, confident, and proud of themselves. She comes home excited about what she learned and full of stories about her teachers and friends and has grown socially, emotionally, and academically since starting here. She loves going to school every day, and she talks about her teachers and friends with so much affection. We are so grateful for this community. Highly recommend 1080 Learning Center to any parent looking for a nurturing, reliable, and joyful place for their child.

  • This center is an amazing place for all your little kiddos. Staff is super friendly and professional (especially upper management such as Kelly!) Great place, would take my kids here.

  • My kiddo has been part of 1080 for about 5 years. This center has a great staff that continues to nurture my child. My daughter gets so excited to go, and typically tries to run off to her class without even saying goodbye. (That’s how happy she is to get there). 1080 is quality. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!

  • 1080 is great! We had two kids attend 1080 starting as infants and really loved how supportive and familial the team there is. They have good retention of staff, which has allowed our kids to build lasting relationships, which in turn helps with their development and potty training, etc. We like 1080 specifically because of the social skills it prepared our kids for before entering public school. We love their events and how they build community. Highly recommend!

  • Our baby has been at 1080 since he was 4.5 months old. We started him doing full days immediately and he had no problems adjusting. His napping improved immediately and we love that he gets to be around other babies. The teachers are great at communicating with us and were really helpful in recording his bottles when we were having difficulties with weight gain. Most importantly, we are never concerned about his health or safety when we drop him off. Daycare has been great for our family!

  • We have had my 3 year old at 1080 learning center since she was 7 months old, and my newborn is scheduled to start in a few months. 1080 has exceptional staff and an overall great program. We have loved all of her teachers and many of them have been there for her entire duration at the school. They have endless patience, energy and fun personalities. My daughter has a lot of energy and her teachers have always seen this as a strength and kept her engaged. She loves her school and has already formed strong friendships with some of her peers that she's been with since infancy. She also loves the "summer camp" program that they plan for the older kids in the summertime. We live near Wash Park and it's a very easy commute down Speer. Overall could not recommend more!

Questions parents ask about 1080 Learning Center

How many infants and toddlers can 1080 Learning Center take?

Colorado licenses 1080 Learning Center for 20 infants and 18 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near 1080 Learning Center?

1080 Learning Center sits in the area covered by the Denver's Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Denver's ECC. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does 1080 Learning Center accept CCCAP child care assistance?

Yes. The state record shows 1080 Learning Center authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
